An opinion that the current coup-alition isn't constitutional
Oh, this should be good. And whose utterly irrelevant, totally self-serving opinion will we be treated to today?
Being that the majority of Canadians, nor myself, are constitutional experts we rely on others who are to give there opinion on our current situation. Just like Canadians have differing opinions on the validity of the coup-alition so do the constitutional "experts."

One such expert is Gerry Chipeur. Gerry's opinion is that the coup-alition of Dion plus Jack and Gilles is that it's not constitutional. His reason is based on timing. According to Gerry the coup-alition would have had to have approached the Governor General immediately after the election and before the government sat in it's present form.
