... here's a little something you might want to bookmark. Over at this post at the Internet Wayback Machine, this would be serial litigant Ezra Levant, openly gloating about how being the defendant in such an action gives him wildly unfettered access to rummage around in someone's internal documents:
Perhaps something to keep in mind if you're the defendant and Ezra is being difficult in terms of discovery and undertakings.
I'm just trying to be helpful.

Best of all, Ezra ended up resoundingly losing the case vs. Awan.

Today he was in court over his 2019 book about the Liberals. Based on a very superficial search, Elections Canada fined him $3000 and he is still fighting it four years later.
A new one for the Mental Illness dictionary, I think he is litigious-compulsive.

ValJ: Ezra previously crowdfunded this idiotic action, insisting he needed to spend over $300,000 to fight a $3,000 fine.
Ah, I knew I wrote about this once upon a time, https://canadiancynic.blogspot.com/2021/08/im-sure-thats-money-well-spent.html
Rebel News (Ezra) like to portray themselves as defenders of free speech but if you’re on the right and ERN don’t like what you say they will go after you in every possible way.
