Been listening to The Alan Parsons Project lately? :)
Zakatek is certainly competent, but I don't think I'd label him "underrated". And as if to emphasize this, when I first read your post, I asked myself "Who's Lenny Zakatek?"
It turns out that I first heard him over 40 years ago in The Alan Parsons Project, but never had the inclination to search out more of his work. I had a friend who loved The Parsons Project. We'd smoke up, and listen to those records... amongst others.
