I still maintain that the PPC is there to act as a holding pen for the people that will vote CPC (because "gotta vote for a winning party"), but the CPC doesn't want to have to pander to out loud.

Bernier will never sit in parliament again, but you can bet the PPC will stick around as long as the same forces the enable PostMedia to exist find him a useful idiot.
