Counting down the final hours: Outlaw Tory edition.

Given the August 19 ruling that allows me to register my 2010 defamation judgment (value currently at around $115K and climbing every day due to accruing interest) against Lloydminster's Patrick ("Outlaw Tory") Ross, Patrick has effectively until the end of today to officially file an appeal; otherwise, the registration and collection proceedings begin next week with the aid of Saskatchewan's provincial sheriffs.

Now, it's technically possible for Patrick to file outside that 30-day deadline since the Court reserves the discretion to override the deadline in the interests of justice, but trying to make that argument is a bit of a steep hill to climb.

First, you would have to convince the Court that you had a good reason for blowing the deadline, and I'm not sure having spent your time creating and publishing YouTube videos about your favourite WWE wrestler or going on about your idea for womens' bikinis would make a convincing argument.

In addition, the Court would need to be convinced that your appeal has a minimal amount of merit and would be worth hearing; that part is most unlikely given that the ruling being appealed took a steaming dump on Patrick's original application, dismissing it as "baseless and scandalous."

In short, unless we see an official appeal from Patrick by the end of today, well, let the collection process begin.

P.S. As I mentioned in an earlier post, the instant the collection process begins, Patrick's debt to me will increase by a few thousand dollars, as he will have to eventually cover the cost of the entire collection process; that is, I will be collecting his stuff, and he will have to pay for that to happen. And all this time, he will still be mired in an undischarged bankruptcy with no way out other than paying me the full amount that he owes me.

If there is a way for any human being to have fucked up his life more spectacularly than this, I am unaware of it.

It's interesting that Twatrick hasn't tweeted anything from his "OutlawTory" Twitter account for three days now. Maybe he's spending that time crafting a wicked, kick-ass appeal. Or maybe he's loading up a U-Haul with all his stuff and putting it into storage to hide it from you. I'm guessing he only needs the small storage unit.

That's an excellent point about Twatrick Ross profoundly ruining his life.

If Patrick went to prison on his 18th birthday, served a 22-year sentence and was released today, he would be in a MUCH better life situation.

He wouldn't be an undischarged bankrupt.

The prison diet does not include fast food, so he wouldn't be a giant beluga whale.

He would have exercised once or twice a day.

He wouldn't still be a virgin.

Most importantly, due to the lack of internet access, Patrick wouldn't owe you >$115K, jeopardizing the Ross family's assets around Lloydminster, SK. Post-prison Twatrick would be debt-free.

So yeah, it's hard to imagine someone ruining their life as much at Twatsy Ross.
