US lumber files court papers in NAFTA challenge
The U.S. lumber industry, battling what it says are unfair subsidized imports from Canada, said on Tuesday it filed court papers contending that a North American trade pact violates the U.S. Constitution.
Fine. If NAFTA is truly unconstitutional, then let's rip it up right now and start over. That works for me.

Yes, its ok if panel members appointed by the US government deprive any Canadian companies of their due process rights in order to line their pockets but I guess its not ok if the shoe is on the other foot!
