Following a link from the invaluable liberal catnip, we have yet another high-level American military honcho who seems awkwardly unfamiliar with the definition of "war crimes:"
CALDWELL: I'm not sure how you'd want to define war crimes. I'll just tell you that those actions are absolutely unacceptable.
And what exactly does one mean by "unacceptable?" Oh, here we go:
Q Tony, one week ago the President said in the East Room that a missile launch, a test firing would be unacceptable.
MR. SNOW: It still is...
Q If I could follow, if the first test firing was unacceptable, what's the potential second test firing?
MR. SNOW: Well, look, we've had seven firings. They're all unacceptable, each and every one of them.
So that first rape and murder was unacceptable, and the second one will be just as unacceptable. And the five after that? OK, now we're really getting annoyed.
