As Crypto tries to make its way into the “real world”, the gaps, oversights and weaknesses in design and implementation continue to emerge.
It took centuries for us to figure out currency, and crypto - if it’s ever going to achieve any legitimacy as a currency - has a very long ways to go. It would be nice if the crypto bros and its developers would actually be open about the limitations and problems of the technology as it stands.
Instead we get hype and dead silence when stuff like this happens.
