Rise and shine, folks. CNN has all the news to put a smile on your face for the next few hours:
- Pastor's scandal shocks evangelicals
- Scandal-tainted Ohio congressman quits
- Neoconservatives decry handling of Iraq war
- Army Times to call for Rumsfeld's resignation
Cue residents of Wankerville: "But ... but ... Bill Clinton ...!"
BY THE WAY, is it even worth asking how many of Canada's wankers, having stroked themselves raw over John Kerry's recent flubbed attempt at humour, will give equal air time to the news of the U.S. military itself calling for Rumsfeld's resignation?
Um ... that was a joke. You knew that, right?

I love the part where Haggard admits he bought meth but insists that he never actually used it.
It's sort of like saying, "Well, yeah, I put that guy's dick in my mouth ... but I never inhaled, I swear!"
Apparently, we have confirmation of teh nastee:
AP) COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. The Rev. Ted Haggard agreed to resign as leader of the New Life Church after its independent investigative board recommended removal, saying he was guilty "of sexually immoral conduct."
"We, the Overseer Board of New Life Church, have concluded our deliberations concerning the moral failings of Pastor Ted Haggard," a statement from the church said. "Our investigation and Pastor Haggard's public statements have proven without a doubt that he has committed sexually immoral conduct."
I'm guessing there was more than just a massage here, but...unfortunately, no graphic details...Praise Jaysus Amen!
Just remember this rationalization, boys and girls :
"The farther up you are, the more you are a target for Satan."
