It sounds like the bunch at Coutts didn't have a real leader to start, though Alex tried to lead and Marco eventually became their media spokesman and negotiator with police. A bunch of anarchists who probably don't like that word or understand it. I don't know how much those three can be found accountable for; maybe police should charge everyone who was there. I got the impression the mayor thinks more may be charged. I'm guessing they might get fined if found guilty. They've all gone for trial by jury and seem likely to have a sympathetic local jury anyway, so might get off completely, despite having Rebel-paid lawyers.
