BONUS TRACK: This is just so stunningly delightful that I'll torture you with it. Back here, I explained in exquisite detail how "identity fraud" works. As if to prove just how fucking stupid he is, Patrick Ross proceeds to misrepresent the crime of identity fraud versus identity theft even after I had pointed out the difference to him:
It's difficult to believe that Patrick has reached the age of 40, and is still incapable of comprehending the simplest of logical constructs.

Patrick needs to get his comeuppance soon. This is hilarious and all, but he shouldn't be able to continue being a blight on society this way. Hopefully, he will soon be confined to being a mere blight on Ken's bank account, as well as Chris, Penny and Jennifer's inheritance.

Wait a second ... if we are to believe what is written here, and recorded elsewhere in this blog, Mr. Ross was not in receipt of the statement of defence until November 30, 2021. Yet, he was apparently able to write a response to the statement of defence on November 26, 2021?
Sequence of events matter, and this implies that he was either aware of, or in possession of a copy of said documents well in advance of being served with them. While It is entirely possible that Mr. Skinner had provided Mr. Ross with unofficial copies by e-mail, but seriously, it's terminally stupid of Mr. Ross to date his response in advance of when he came into possession of the official documents.
MgS: I'd noticed that. Patrick is not the sharpest sandwich in the picnic backet, is he?
With courts across Canada struggling with huge backlogs, and serious cases being dismissed because of the length of time required to bring them to trial, I don't imagine judges have much patience left for children who so clearly view the courts as an extension of their video game addiction.

That was the first thing we noticed. He downloaded a copy of the SoD that I posted for all to see.
Second was him asking me to revise and submit a "proper statement of defense".
Third was yet another ask to get RoD inline, because it'll help me somehow. I don't know who RoD is, and for the record, I wouldn't tell anyone if I did.
Fourth, he's still referring identity fraud to identity theft. There's a MASSIVE difference. When he impersonated Greg Burton, that was identity THEFT. He's done that several times.
Patrick doesn't believe the law applies to him.

Of course, I can't comment on the veracity of his claims, but the structure of his arguments ... wow - what a mess.
