People getting fed up with right-wing web site disinfo campaigns.

Apparently, more and more people are losing patience with the rancid, dishonest swill being spewed from right-wing web sites and so-called "media outlets", and are making their displeasure known in court.

Locally, one need look no further than Ezra Levant and his personal vanity blog and grift factory Rebel News. Back in late 2020, Ezra settled with CJPME after being sued for slagging them as "Jew-baiters" and comparing them to Nazis. (Hilariously, even after Ezra agreed to the settlement, CJPME still had to go to court to force him to honour it.)

More recently, Ezra had his tchotchkes handed to him in a bag after bring whacked with a $60,000 judgment for defaming one Dr. Farhan Chak:

Now it's two election workers from Georgia who were libeled mercilessly by "Gateway Pundit" and utter douchenozzle Jim Hoft:

And let's not forget conspiracy theorist (and Rebel News role model) Alex Jones, who is looking at personal bankruptcy after playing games with the court and having the court run out of patience with his bullshit:

Yeah, the natives are getting restless, and they're fed up with right-wing smear factories like Rebel News and Gateway Pundit and InfoWars, and they're finally doing something about it.

Good for them.

P.S. Read the horrifying thread regarding the relentless harassment of the Georgia election workers here.

On that theme, I note that Ezra's latest Christian Fight for Freedom symposium is only charging $5 admission this time around, rather than the $20 they tried to charge last time. Given that I can already rent "Dumb and Dumber" from Apple TV for only $4.99, I think I'll pass.

I can't wait until Alex Jones is handed his penalties for Sandy Hook victims. I hope it's in the 100's of millions.

Just recently I gave my Ezra file on to another party who donated to The Rebel for years, but noticed what he was donating to wasn't always completed. First, they're taking it to the OPP with their own emails of proof of donation and what the donation was for, and if the end goal was completed. Then he's going to sue for breach of contract for every time he donated to a campaign that Ezra failed to complete or was significantly different than was promised while reaching 100% funding.

I gave them everything I've been able to source on Ezra and Rebel News' slight of hand with everything they do. Once the story drops, I will released all 7.9GB of data.
