What on earth? Say I believed that stupid stuff worked--I would argue that health authorities should authorize its use and publish dosage guidelines and stuff, like any other medicine. I wouldn't claim that it should be unregulated, any more than any other medicine should be. It's ludicrous to be arguing that doctors should be able to just prescribe any damn thing they want.
