P.S. If Jesse would be kind enough to post what he receives, I think the rest of us could use the entertainment value. I imagine the phrase "extraordinary amount of substantive merit" will make an appearance.

Ironically, even if you agreed on social media to accept service by e-mail, it doesn't count. We'll let Boy Lawyer Patrick Ross figure out why not.
P.S. There is something truly baffling about how Patrick has represented himself for over a decade in numerous actions, and still learned not even the most basic principles of Canadian law.
So, not only does he think he can serve people by e-mail now (an interesting proposition - I always assumed you needed specific permission from the courts to do that), but apparently he's also playing "World's Most Inept Gumshoe" in tracking down the owner of an anonymous account on the internet.
This should be comical ...
Oh gods ... I just wandered over to Patrick's "DragonFireIdeas" account. He's engaging in a pissing match over his lawsuit with multiple people.
Does he not understand the first principle of litigation - namely once you file suit, keep all your communication with the other parties formal? That anything you say can, and probably will, end up before a judge at some point?
... not only does he not understand fundamentals of law, he doesn't even understand basic principles of not shooting yourself in the foot. (Apparently he's the legal equivalent of a Star Wars universe Stormtrooper ... )

He's trying to get Jesse to pay him $7500 for saying he'll help with the collection of property for Robert at the Ross residence.
He also goes on to say he's looking at getting Jesse charged with harassment, AFTER tweeting numerous times that Jesse had molested a 14yr old girl. Yes, you read that right.
I'll give Jesse that tweets, so he can provide them to police while he says this is WHY he'd like to beat the shit out of Patrick.

It's amazing. No matter what, it always seems to circle back to Twatrick calling someone a pedophile. Has Twatrick called every individual Canadian a pedophile at some point in his life? It's remarkable that the guy never learns, or at least tries out some new material.
