It raised my eyebrows when Ontario changed it so I send my tax cheque to "Minister of Finance" instead of "Ministry of Finance". Should I expect the federal government to stop saying to make cheques payable to "Receiver General for Canada" and instead make them out to "Stephen Harper"?
