It's not like some people need any advice from me, but (emphasis added):
Is it just me, or does it seem that the CBC is blatantly, openly anti-Israeli these days? The reason I ask, is that when I was scrolling through my RSS reader just now, I saw this headline from cbc.ca: “Israel air attacks kill dozens in Lebanon” Note the use of the word attack. I’m not disputing that it was an attack, ...
Rule number one for the terms of intellectual engagement: an argument typically requires the involvement of an actual opponent. Debating only yourself generally leads to not getting invited back to the better dinner parties.

You gotta love it. Israel mounts one of their most violent, aggressive, destructive military campaigns in years, resulting in mass casualties, the media bends over backwards to report it as a retaliatory, self-defensive military endeavor (easy to dig up countless examples if needed, starting with almost everything written over the past week), and you still find plenty of idiots out there insisting that the media is anti-Israel, whatever the hell that means.
Do not fear. Zorpheous nailed it in his comment on that guy's site.
I could not resist. I left a comment there as well.
He really needs to watch CNN. They were literally oozing with praise for Israel today.
Thank God for Zorpheous. I've become a little too intolerant of this kind of wingnut jackassery lately and I'm find it hard not respond whenever I see it.
U.S just blames Iran and Syria...wtf? What would the U.S have said during the IRA conflict if Britain started shelling civilians and cities as punishment for their supporting the IRA? What a different standard in this conflict. Nobody sane is "anti" any country, only what choices their governments make.
Just to confirm, I've still continue to have dibs on their shit after the rapture.
Stamp-it, stamp-it, no erasies - infinity.
And don't try and pull out any of that infinity plus 1 crap... infinity is the ceiling.
How can you be congratulating yourselves, about comments you have made, when people have died.
This is scary shit. Not to be taken lightly.
People have died.
*sigh*...*SIGH!!!*
Wayne. I thought you only trolled my blog. :(
CTV this morning:
"Russia and France have criticized Israel's attacks on Lebanon, while Canada and the U.S. have both said Israel has the right to defend itself."
Hmm... the implication being?
