Come on, Kathy ... a little more enthusiasm would be nice.
Apparently, someone is just a bit put off about having to pass on the bad news.
FUNNIER AND FUNNIER: Josh Marshall points out that, while Haggard's successor sent out an e-mail describing that Haggard did, in fact, confess to some of the charges against him, the original accuser against Haggard failed a lie-detector test on talk radio this morning.
Man, I'm betting that successor guy wants a do-over.
THIS IS ALMOST UNFAIR. I was going to ask how long it would take for a Blogging Tory to use the lie-detector failure to try to dismiss this entire outrageous scandal. But that would be cheating since, hey, it's already started.
I know ... let's check back tomorrow after it's become screamingly obvious that Haggard is a sex-obsessed drug addict, then see if Jonathan has the stones to post a retraction. Won't that be fun? Yes ... yes, it will.
