I do take exception with Jeremy's crack about Ezra and senior citizens, as Ezra is equally happy to grift the shit out of stupid, young people as well.

Damn, I wish the MSM could report on the pre-trial stuff now, apparently it's still going on. Not sure if Levant is violating the publication ban, it seem possible.

One of the problems with extreme ideologues is that they have to continually edit reality in order to bring it into alignment with their beliefs. That's true of both convinced ideologues, and those like Ezra who pretend for profit.
Having promoted the Louts of Coutts as Gee-Whiz-Aw-Shucks-Reg'lar-Guy-Freedom-Lovers, Ezra is now panicking just a bit, stuck creating an ever-more elaborate fantasy to explain some of the publication-ban material he's reading. The fact that he's now promoting a "Poor, Misled, Naive Victims" defence bodes very, very badly for the accused - the "okay, they DID do it, BUT..." line NEVER plays well with the courts.
Did you notice that his "coverage" of the proceedings stopped abruptly and without explanation?
