is currently traipsing through the Twittersphere, leaving steaming dumps in the timelines of various people and bragging about how he is "winning" in his defamation lawsuit against me (an action for which I have never been served) but, more interestingly, crowing about how he has never lost an action against me.
While my application was detailed and comprehensive and spoke to matters of law and jurisprudence, Patrick's objecting application was ... well, I will let the judge's final three paragraphs speak for themselves:
Uh huh.
As a single counter-example, I bring to your attention the August 19, 2021 ruling (Docket: QBG 430 of 2021), wherein I filed to register my 2010 Ontario default judgment against Patrick in Saskatchewan for the purpose of collection enforcement in that province.
While my application was detailed and comprehensive and spoke to matters of law and jurisprudence, Patrick's objecting application was ... well, I will let the judge's final three paragraphs speak for themselves:
That is, not only did the judge dismiss utterly Patrick's self-authored idiocy, but further rejected it so soundly that I was awarded enhanced costs for the time and effort wasted on kicking it to the curb.
If this is Patrick's idea of "winning," he is welcome to continue winning similarly as long as he likes.
P.S. It is worth remembering that it was way back in 2007 that Patrick exhorted me to "bring it the fuck on." That might not have been the smartest thing he's ever done.
P.P.S. I have mentioned this before and I will mention it again -- given that Patrick does not have substituted service for me, if he wishes to commence a legal action against me, he is required to serve me personally and, moreover, if he chooses to represent himself, he is legally required to supply a valid and proper address for service so that I can respond in kind.
Given that Patrick is apparently currently hiding from process servers, it is unclear to me how he can initiate any legal proceedings against anyone while refusing to disclose his location. So if Patrick is currently threatening you with legal action, make sure you remind him that he needs to provide an actual address for service for that to go anywhere.

On the internet people can still find out whether you're a dog or not.
My point being that creating an alternate reality about yourself on Twitter might feel better than the actual reality, but some people are going to know the truth.
And reality is still reality.
thwap: There's a certain irony in how Patrick seems unaware that he is the victim of exactly the same public denigration that he is desperately trying to inflict on others.
Over the last few days, Patrick has been openly mocking and doxxing people on Twitter, for the sole purpose of attacking their reputations and perhaps getting them in trouble with their employers. Patrick seems oblivious to the fact that, given his many years of childish behaviour, *any* online search about him is going to leave people appalled and horrified by his immaturity and anger management issues. Do you think any HR department, after about 12 seconds of searching, wouldn't immediately reject any application for employment?
Quite simply, even if Patrick finally grew up and started acting like an adult, I think the damage is done. He's *way* beyond salvaging any sort of reputation.
