Happy Labour Day! Now get to work.
Yes, it's time to start fleshing this out. I'll have something more formal after everyone's back from holidays but, if you want to get a head start, here's what we're after.
I'm looking for snappy Stephen Harper government "accomplishments" that can be described in their entirety in a paragraph or two. Ideally, they should be self-contained, requiring no more than a link or two to get the whole picture. Even more ideally, they should expose the two-faced hypocrisy and dishonesty of Il Douche's administration, perhaps with one link of the form "What they said" versus a newer link of the form "What they did." I'm sure you get the idea.
Don't feel the need to be ridiculously comprehensive -- send along what you have, and we here at CC HQ will take it from there. Leave your suggestions as comments either on this post, or on the new blog. We'll process them, then we'll remove the comment to keep things manageable.
P.S. Of course I haven't run out of my own ideas. But life here at CC HQ is fairly busy work-wise, so I could use all the help I can get.

Sometimes the "acConplishment" operated in reverse. First the ReformTories slashed funding to Status of Women, then months later, when Epp introduced C-484, claimed to have the best interests of battered pregnant women at heart.
I'll provide the required documentation.
debeauxos:
That's good, but it could be better. First, you'd document how Harper initially promised to defend womens' rights, then you'd show how he slashed funding and, finally you'd show his government subsequently pretending to care about women again.
See how that works?
Sheesh.
Are we, your faithful readers and comrades-in-the-struggle also expected to write a final exam on the reverse acConplishments of the ReformaTory New™ gummint?
You could also talk about how the conservatives promised not to tax income trusts, but then turned around and did it anyway.
Also don't forget the 200 page book on "how to make parliament dysfunctional."
Then there's the whole thing about "standing up for Canada" (by which they presumably mean standing up for Canadians) by slashing the GST, and then turning around and giving us the finger by saying there would be no relief for high gas prices.
While on the vein of caring for ordinary Canadians, we can also point out that they still refuses to build that school for those kids in Attawapiskat.
And of course who could forget Flaherty giving Ontario the finger by insulting us about or fiscal management when the global downturn was (and still is) devastating our manufacturing sector.
I'm sure there are many examples I'm forgetting but "standing up for Canada" is something the conservatives have never done.
Then afterwards we could always point out their numerous gaffes on the international stage. Like not showing up to the AIDS conference, totally reversing our position with respect to Palestine, completely embarrassing us at various climate change conferences, and clement dissing health care professionals in front of the world health organization.
