"Me? No, I'm not with those guys. Honest."

This is hysterical.

Good laugh this morning. Jesus' General has the solution.

Wonder how long this inanity will take before it migrates north? I smell PNAC et al, desparate to keep their dreams of a new century alive.

Too bad that like the rest of DailyKos, it's a big fat lie:

MY STORY

"In the Assembly, he rose to the post of Republican Leader in 1995."

"Reynolds now serves as a member of the House Republican leadership..."

"Reynolds is the only Republican from New York on the Ways and Means Committee..."

And you fell for it, of course. Now THAT is truly hysterical.

Like many readers, I interpreted the phrase "his website" to mean his home page, which you can find here and, if you look, there is, in fact, not a single instance of the word "Republican" there.

While the word is mentioned on subpages of his website, it is still astonishing and embarrassing that he omits that from his home page.

And the thought that you want to nitpick like that? That is hysterical.

P.S. And I notice you didn't comment on the claim that his TV ad also never mentioned his party affiliation. Is that also a "big fat lie?" Or are we being just a wee bit of a douchebag for exaggeration here?
