For those of you who need more right-wing nonsense in your life.


Take a few minutes for a trip down memory lane, where the honourable Rob Nicholson waxes rhapsodic regarding the delightful benefits to Canadian democracy of "fixed" election dates, never once letting on that he's bullshitting you the entire time.

In retrospect, it's quite the performance, isn't it? Who knew he had his fingers crossed?

The 7th bullet is especially hilarious, ..."all parties share the view that elections belong, fundamentally, to citizens. They belong, Mr. Speaker, to the people."

If this were true, why does it feel like the upcoming election really only belongs to one person?
