I suspect when the travel and lockdown restrictions finally ease completely, there will be a quiet amnesty (formal or informal)on fines and charges, with the possible exception of repeat offenders who made a point of public lawbreaking. When that happens, about 2/3 of the Rebel's fundraising will evaporate.
Look for a big move from "Fighting the Fines" to "Sue The Bastards", with money being scammed to fuel dozens of doomed lawsuits against public health officials and police groups, and on serial appeals regarding "constitutionality" by Ezra's Clown Car of lawyers. However, those aren't going to have nearly the same crowd appeal, and it's gonna be really hard to keep the motor running.
