You keep using that phrase "personal responsibility" ...
Isn't it interesting how quickly you can abandon your principles of accountability, personal responsibility and "actions have consequences" when you're looking at a perjury charge?
P.S. Note well how "I take full responsibility" actually means "I don't take any responsibility."

What Abu Gonzalez means when he "accepts personal responsibility" is that Dear Leader has no responsibility for this at all.
