Oversight? What oversight?


Yeah, this looks promising:

Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency.

Because when you're talking $700 billion, oversight is so ... so ... last century.

You know what they should do? Convert that $700B to hundred-dollar bills, put it on pallets, and airlift it to Wall Street. No receipts needed, just give it out where it's supposed to go.

I'm sure everything will work out that way.
