And if you don't like those principles, well, I've got others.

I try to avoid the really low-hanging fruit over at the Blogging Tories because, well, it's just too easy, but sometimes, the dumbassitude is too overwhelming to ignore. Like this beauty by the incomparable Dr. Roy Eappen (and I do not use the word "incomparable" lightly):

Well Judy here is what your victory has accomplished:

The consequences of [abortion] are not only the creation of "bachelor villages" in India, or the lack of young women to marry in China, says the report, but also the increase in violence, alcoholism, drug addiction and depression, in addition to an alarming increase in rape and trafficking of women at a national and international level.

So Judy you helped eliminate one hundred million of your sisters. And don't say you don't approve of selective abortion, because your position is abortion on demand, no questions asked. Your position is folly and we see that it has had horrible consequences.

It's almost enough to bring a tear to your eye, this touching concern Dr. Roy has for these women, the victims of, among other things, "rape and trafficking ... at a national and international level." Of course, this would be the same Dr. Roy who, less than three months ago, pretty much told Canada's womens' rights groups to fuck right off.

Tune in next week when Dr. Roy flips a coin to decide if he gives a shit about women again.
