Both of those claims are completely wrong. I'm sure you're surprised.
P.S. It's hard to imagine why I would claim that I was never in contact with the Red Cross when I, in fact, have copious correspondence with Red Cross officials in my archives, some of which I will be reproducing on Twitter.
Patrick Ross: Wrong as ever.
P.P.S. Wherein financial (and possibly criminal) fugitive Patrick Ross cleverly evades his pursuers by publishing his whereabouts:

Ole triple chin isn't too bright.

Except he's named who pedochuckles is many times and claims to have filed a complaint against the man at his school board.
Thanks to no one other than Patrick's obsession with labelling people pedophiles and believing he can get away with it, he just sealed his fate in that defamation case.
In efforts to help Mr. Chins sort his life out, I contacted the private investigator out of Calgary to ensure they had triple chin's accurate phone number and email address that's been posted everywhere. They did.
While I did inquire which entities were attempting to locate Mr. FAFO, that information wasn't provided other than it's legal issues requiring urgent replies.
I asked Skinner via Twitter if he hired the investigators and he was extremely vague and careful with his answers. All he would give me is that he no longer cares what Patrick says about him because it's being handled by other parties. When I asked which entities, he responded with; Remember Run DMC? Drop the D and add RP. Then play Boggle.
When Twatrick makes public claims about you for which he lacks evidence, and likely knows are false, is this potential defamation?
Previous two Anons: It's amusing to think that, given the amount of trouble that Patrick is in based solely on my judgment against him and his crippling debt associated with that, there are *others* who are looking for him. Worse, my case against Patrick is a *civil* matter; on the other hand, if the, uh, "Run DMC" are also looking for Patrick, that suggests a *criminal* matter. Oh, dear.
As for Anon 2, it's not "potential" defamation, it *is* defamation and, once again, I have taken screenshots to be provided to the Court if Patrick chooses to proceed with his idiotic lawsuit against me.
P.S. If Patrick stupidly chooses to pursue this matter with me, I guarantee that he will not be allowed to attend court remotely again, and when the court date arrives, I will see to it that all interested parties are aware of the time and place so all of those parties can be waiting for Patrick at the entrance to the courtroom.
Some day, there will be university courses on that level of dumbass stupid.
What I find stunning is that Patrick persists in these games. Calling someone "pedo" once is "yeah, whatever" level stuff. But Patrick gets on that track, and he just doesn't stop. He might make all sorts of idiotic claims about why he does it in a particular case, but at the end of the day, persistence eventually turns into "with malice and forethought".
If he has in fact filed a professional conduct complaint against someone, that could well come back and bite him on the ass.
MgS: Patrick thinks of himself as quite the clever prankster, what with his juvenile attempts at vengeance and harassment; he rarely considers the possibility of legal consequences.
Case in point: Patrick's public admission that he impersonated Peter Skinner to a tech service company, but dismissed it as no big deal because (in Patrick's words) all that happened was that Peter got a $25 coupon, so what's the problem, after all, *everyone* likes getting coupons.
I have already explained at length on this blog how that constitutes the crime of "identity fraud," and there is compelling evidence that this sort of thing is something Patrick does regularly because he thinks it's hilarious.
It's difficult to understand how someone who has fucked up his life to the extent Patrick has continues to dig.
Afternoon all, Peter here.
I can't say too much publicly at this point, but yes, as anon#1 pointed out, I have filed a criminal complaint against Patrick. I no longer care what Patrick says about me, my business, my family, or what I say online as it's being handled.
My complaint covers his actions of possibly 6 criminal charges. While some of those actions are known to many, there are others that haven't been discussed publicly, and I won't get in to them here.
While I am not the party who hired the private investigators, I do know who has, due to being interviewed by the PI firm roughly 3 weeks ago, and the result will be 2 separate defamation actions he'll have to defend.
Robert is absolutely correct that Patrick's silly little lawsuits are dead in the water as the moment he hits a court room, he will not be able to attend remotely. I'll be supplying court appearance time and dates with no less than 7 parties wishing to have documents served, or wishing to have conversations with him.
I was going to file a motion to dismiss late last year, but I've been advised against doing so, and I'm sure some will understand why that would be suggested to me.
2024 will be the year Patrick's history of online harassment and defamation will come to a head. There are no less than 7 parties who are finished with his obsession to disrupt others' lives.
Twatsy's options appear to be:
1) Pursue his idiotic lawsuit against you, then get annihilated in court.
2) Stall indefinitely, then eventually you file to dismiss, where Twatsy *also* gets held accountable in court for his longstanding deplorable behaviour.
That boy thinks he's playing 3-D chess, but he actually playing 1-dimensional Pong. And he's losing horribly.
ROD: It *might* be worse than you think. If Patrick pushes this frivolous action against me and this ends up in court, Patrick *will* be required to attend in person. I know this since, in the December 2022 hearing where he phoned it in, the judge was decidedly unimpressed and explained to Patrick that since he had filed that action at the Grande Prairie courthouse and the hearing was at the same courthouse, he was *expected* to be there -- remote attendance was limited to people who were clearly *unable* to attend. But that's not the best/worst part.
Once Patrick enters the courtroom, he is now under the jurisdiction of the court and, given Patrick's history of non-compliance and flouting court orders, if the judge doesn't think Patrick will obey even more orders, the judge has the authority to remand Patrick into custody until Patrick fulfills any number of orders. That's right -- the judge can order Patrick be jailed given Patrick's sordid history of contemptuous arrogance.
I'm not saying that's likely, but it is the prerogative of the judge to order that sort of thing if he/she thinks Patrick has no intention of obeying any orders. So, yes, if Patrick enters the courtroom, not only will he be met with an unknown number of people looking to serve him, but he might not be leaving again. And there won't be any daddy to bail him out.
One last thought: If Patrick holds true to form, he will read this, then tweet about, "HAHAHA!! CC thinks I might be arrested, what an idiot, that will never happen, I know the law and I'm not worried!" and so on. What he will not appreciate is that I will, of course, take a screenshot of his blustering and present it to the Court as exactly the sort of thing I was talking about above -- Patrick's indifference to the rules of court and his disinterest in being held accountable and his mocking the authority of the court.
At this point, I predict he will do the stupidest thing imaginable.
Let's watch.
If Twatsy works at Fluid pro, why doesn't everyone call them and ask for him and say he's wanted for legal action. If Fluidpro gets annoyed by all the phone calls, maybe they'll fire him.
Anon @ 5:54 AM: No. Do not do this. Do not harass Patrick's alleged employer, this is not their fault. That's the sort of thing Patrick does (and has done in the past), and as much as one might despise that sniveling little bankrupt, that is not the way to go, as it just opens one up to a counter-claim of harassment.
Do not do that. Let the proper people handle this.
Seven parties? Holy fuck. This is weapons-grade stupidity.
Augray: It's hard to know what to make of that number, but it does not have to represent solely potential defamation of other parties. It might be Patrick is stiffing other people to whom he owes money, or have something to do with his late father's estate.
Having said that, would anyone be shocked if that number was correct?
If Twatsy Ross is in Grande Prairie and Dawson Creek all the time, how come he hasn't updated his Lloydminster, Saskatchewan address? He's literally two provinces away from his purported home address.
Anon @ 8:12 AM: That is one of Patrick's problems -- since he insists on representing himself, he is legally required to provide a valid address where he can be served with legal documents. He has not done that so neither I (nor anyone else) is required to accept his rubbish by email.
If Patrick tries to serve anyone by email, you are not required to acknowledge it, and you should not reply.
@Augray:
Peter here.
7 parties include:
Saskatchewan Sheriffs
Alberta Sheriffs
Bankruptcy Superintendent
Lead Investigator Inc
Robert Day
2 parties not name publicly as of yet.
There's one other but I'm keeping that very close to the vest because that entity alone has the power to bring Patrick's obsession with people to a crushing halt.
@Robert 3:52am:
Not only does the Justice have the ability to remand Patrick in to custody until he performs certain actions to bring his judgements up to date, but by thumbing his nose at other cost awards and decisions by the courts, he could be held on numerous contempt of court charges. I've said it before and I'll say it again here; that's my ultimate goal.
Having Patrick removed from the public without internet access would do a lot of people tremendous good. His behavior of obsessively harassing others will be his downfall. No one has to do anything now except sit back and let him dig his own grave.
Block him on social media, don't interact with him, and he'll ensure he's truly fucked. I told Tyler to do the same. His need for attention and conflict will ensure he's in jail before the end of the year. I guarantee it.
@ CC 8:05 AM: It certainly doesn't have to be limited to defamation. I mean, why not branch out, try new things, explore different ways to get into trouble (he said sarcastically)? But seven... that was just over twice as many as I expected. It's one thing to think you can out-fox one or two adversaries, but seven?!?
And now Peter says that there's yet another (and thank you for that update Peter, it was an eye-opener). And Peter makes this entity sound particularly nasty. At this point I'm wondering how many more will reveal themselves. Holy shit-on-a-stick, Batman...
It should have occurred to me far earlier (what can I say, it's been a long day), but I'm pretty sure I know who Peter's other entity is. I'll call them "MC Pony Rider" for now. It's an obvious strategic blunder to get a gangsta rapper with their kind of resources involved.
