English, as she is spoke.

Shorter Backseat Blogger: "CC's a troll, as long as we get to totally, utterly redefine the meaning of the word 'troll.' And why not? We redefined 'compassionate,' didn't we?"

I wonder if Backseat really meant "no holes barred", or if "no holds barred" was misremembered as a metaphor.

Makes a world of difference in the parsing, at least to me. One, a martial sport reference and the other...maybe a different kind of wrestling reference.

I see the Blogging Tories very own troll who seems to spend all of his/her/its time trolling for ‘low hanging fruit’ to use his term has been spending the weekend hunched over his/her/its computer looking for entries with which to display what he seems to think is his is razor sharp intellect and rapier like wit.

That's as far as I got before my brain imploded from the horrendous grammar.

The English is to the elusive, yes!

Zorph seems puzzled:

"eerrrr CC, did you go to the vets or something? snip snip"

I'm guessing that Zorph is referring to the lack of a savagely caustic beatdown of BB or something like that.

Truth be told, I didn't read BB's piece beyond the opening sentence. Seriously. Once I saw his reference to me as a "troll," I had everything I needed for a post, and hit the "Back" button.

To this day, I still don't know what the rest of his post said, and I have no interest in going back and finding out.

He's just remarking that people who say ridiculous things have a constitutional right to be free from ridicule. Which is a fact. You can look it up.

Good, 'cause you don't want your brain to shut down from stupidity overdose.
