Time to take a break for a bit.

Seriously, at this point, it's hard to wrap your head around what's actually happening in NOLA -- police officers having to ask civilians for food and water, rampant looting, snipers firing on hospital evacuees and people literally starting to die waiting for help, all of this in the middle of a city in the most powerful country in the world. It all just defies description.

I'm going to keep up on things via CNN, and by popping over to the Progressive Bloggers, who are staying on top of all this. Other than that, time to give the keyboard a rest. I'm tired.
