Canadian media is like a box of chocolates ...

... you just never know what you're going to get. From this morning's Globe, we have this:

Under mounting pressure to disclose whether clandestine Central Intelligence Agency aircraft carrying detainees landed in Canada, officials are attempting to ferret out details of dozens of suspicious flights identified by human-rights groups...

"We have no reason to believe that there was anything unusual about these flights at all," Deputy Prime Minister Anne McLellan said this week, acknowledging that she has ordered officials to track down details of 55 flights.

And for those of you who like your news with a conservative slant, why, there's the Post:

The Canadian government said yesterday it has no intention of questioning the Bush administration about allegations the Central Intelligence Agency may be secretly transferring terror suspects on flights through Canada, saying a preliminary review has turned up no evidence of illegal U.S. activity.

I think this is why I get my news from blogs.
