Let the collection proceedings begin.

P.S. The above are the only relevant paragraphs in a fairly short ruling; everything else is simply a recap of the history of the case.

P.P.S. There is a 30-day appeal period, wherein Patrick can decide if he wants to lose again and be whacked with another few to several thousand dollars in enhanced costs. It's his choice.

Wow ... that's a really interesting ruling, and here's why.

Not only did the judge rule against Twatsy, but he awarded you extra ("enhanced") costs just because Patrick's response was so "baseless" and "scandalous." That's a great precedent to have because it means the court has put Patrick on notice that it has no patience with his bullshit anymore, and if he appeals this ruling and his argument there is just as stupid, the appeals court will almost certainly give you enhanced costs AGAIN.

Patrick's pattern of submitting asshole filings with the court just to drag things out to avoid paying you has finally come back to bite him in the ass, and any more legal bullshit on his part is going to cost him big time.

This is glorious. Cynic, you deserve the Order of Canada for laying the smack down on the execrable Patrick "Twatsy" Ross of Lloydminster, SK.

What is the "order of operations" for collections? What is the lowest hanging fruit to *finally* remunerate you for Patrick's varying reprehensible behaviours?

Would it be:

1) Wage garnishment
2) Repossession of personal property (please, PLEASE repossess his replica WCW and WWF title belts!)
3) Stuff like the land Patrick's going to inherit but is apparently trying to hide from you?

Also, is there a place one can read this legal annihiliation in its entirety?

The mess that is Patrick Ross strikes again.

Is the judgment really in the $103K range now? We currently have it at about $115.5K.

We're responsible journalists, and want to make sure we have Twatrick's full debts appropriately accounted for.

Also, that's interesting that he's made two payments. Of course, he's ceded more than $2.3K in interest and fees over the years!

There are unpaid cost awards separate from the judgment plus interest. As you can see, there's now another $3,000 cost award against Patrick.

Thanks, CC. We've updated the count accordingly.

Once you start extracting your pound(s) of flesh (and let's face it, fast food afictionado Twatsy has LOTS of pounds to extract!), we'll adjust the debt levels appropriately.

DAMN SON

Patrick now owes an extra $3k, basically because he made a whole bunch of stuff up in court?

LOLOLOLOLOLOL

CanadianCynic, you are my hero for both publishing this, & of course taking the effort to royally humiliate Patrick & his family.

We realize that you probably want to get this judgment over with and start the collection proceedings ASAP, but we're kind of hoping that Twatrick appeals this devastating ruling. Just imagine the comedy of Twatrick's pathetic, desperate and delusional arguments! Plus, you'd make another $3K+ from another enhanced costs ruling on a hypothetical hilarious appeal.
