Since a few people have been pestering me regarding the current deadbeat collection status of one Patrick Ross (who, as regular viewers will know, now owes me more than $100K related to a nad-crushing defamation judgment against him from 2010), I will reveal only that instructions have indeed been sent to the provincial sheriff to begin collection proceedings related to the recent costs levied against Patrick, with more collection filings to follow.
And that's all I have to say about that.

Would extracting $100K from Patrick Ross be like trying to get blood from a rock? I doubt he has that much money. I mean, you could re-possess $53 of second-hand comics books and old WWF t-shirts, but how can you get anywhere close to $100K from that guy?
Do the sheriffs have the ability to garnish Patrick's bank account(s)?
I suspect it will take years to collect the full amount, but I am a patient man.
