Oh, dear. Religious con man Ralph Reed's political career seems to be swirling ever faster around the bowl these days. I suspect Canada "needs" a Ralph Reed about the way we need an outbreak of syphilis.

I knew McVety was batshit nuts but to endorse a blatant fraud like Reed tells me more of McVety's worthlessness in the public sphere. McVety is someone to keep a close watch on, he is a very dangerous, calleous man who will trample anyone who gets in his way.
Around 1985 or so, I read an article about the religious right and their plans to become politically active at every level.Gave me the shivers then. Still does. Glad to see it working so well for them. I'm sure you all noticed the cover of the magazine next to McVety's article. Imagine, Our very own Stephen "outside the box" Harper on the front of such a prestigious rag. My nerve failed and I couldn't look any farther... Perhaps, someone with more intestinal fortitude...?
