Bush rejects description of administration as "totally inept."
(CC News) In a wide-ranging interview with ABC News' Elizabeth Vargas, U.S. President George Bush took the position that, with respect to natural disasters like Hurricane Katrina, the U.S. is "better prepared than woefully unprepared."
Bush continued by insisting that he was, in fact, not the worst political leader in all of human history and that he was quite sure that he wasn't the "fucking stupidest human being on the face of the earth," given that that title was already spoken for.
In unrelated news, the Bush administration's plan to bring democracy to Iraq seemed to be right on track as the developing civil war there threatens to destabilize the entire region.
