Anonymous commenter on previous post asks, if Patrick's dumbass 2022 defamation lawsuit against me is kicked to the curb for inordinate delay via Alberta's "Drop Dead" Rule 4.33, does he have the freedom to simply refile it?
Google AI says not likely, due to simple deadlines:
So Patrick is still totally and utterly screwed.
Are you not entertained?
P.S. It's going on five days since I posted about using Alberta's Rule 4.33 against Patrick Ross' meritless lawsuit against me and, in an unusual development, Patrick has been absolutely silent about this over at his Twitter account. This is very unlike Patrick, who delights in bla-har-har-ing everyone and everything and proclaiming his legal acumen and how he is "winning" at all of this.
One wonders what is keeping Patrick from mocking all of this.
OH, DEAR ... one of my loyal followers gifts me with this screenshot of Patrick from a recent YouTube video:
I can attest that it is unaltered and unretouched. It may be childish to fat-shame someone, but given Patrick's years of mocking others online for a variety of reasons, this seems only fair.

Didn't you say earlier that the instant Patrick posts about this, you'd have proof that he's aware of it and you could use that against him in court? Maybe that's what's happening here. Maybe he's finally getting smart.
Anon @ 7:11 AM: I did indeed say that, the logic being that if I prove that Patrick is following this blog, then he should be expected to understand everything I've published here, whereupon he should not be permitted to make idiotic statements about Rule 4.33 in court which would waste my and the court's time.
So all I need is for Patrick to publish a single tweet where he admits he is following these blog posts to *really* limit what he can say in court. So if anyone else wants to watch his "outlawtory" Twitter account and let me know if/when that happens, I would be ever so grateful.
Would it help if some of us went over to Twitter and left replies on his tweets pointing him at these posts? That would make it pretty hard for him to claim that he had no idea of any of this.
Anon @ 9:31 AM: Please don't do that. As entertaining (and potentially useful) as that might be for me, all it will do is give Patrick the opportunity to launch into another grievance fest where he complains about how I am encouraging people to harass him and how that makes it difficult for him to respond and how he's soooooo depressed and so on.
I'm fairly sure I have everything I need to both win this application and get substantial costs, so there's no point giving Patrick even the tiniest excuse to whine.
Since this ordeal started 15 years ago, Twatsy must have gained 150-200 lbs. Seriously, the guy has to be pushing the 350-400 lbs range, based on that screenshot. Twatsy was already obese during his fight with Tyler which was about 5 years ago, but he's packed on a ridiculous amount of fat since then.
As one would expect, Patrick's lawsuit is likely deceased like the parrot in a certain Monty Python skit.
I still wouldn't put it past him to file another frivolous / meritless lawsuit for no other reason than it appears to be his retirement plan at this point - right up there with buying lottery tickets for reliable outcomes.
