For quite some time, I've been unusually restrained regarding my ongoing legal slapfest with one Ezra Levant, but things will soon be coming to a head regarding the
s. 137.1 anti-SLAPP judgment against me from back in 2017, and that thing will be my appeal, which will be heard this coming February 12, 2019, in Toronto at the Court of Appeal for Ontario, in historical Osgoode Hall:
I'm going to leave it at that for the time being, but feel free to check back on occasion for ongoing developments.
This has been going on now for over two and a half years, and I'm feeling moderately confident that it will soon be over. That is all.
