MARCH 3 UPDATE: So far, there is no indication that Patrick is prepared to acknowledge being served with the Saskatchewan sheriffs' mandatory questionnaire but, given Patrick's lack of discipline, all it will take is even an indirect reference to it in an email or on social media and that can be used to prove he is aware of it, so you're all invited to watch Patrick closely to see if he slips up and admits he knows he's received said questionnaire. A screenshot of such an admission would be just ducky.
MARCH 2 UPDATE: Nine days ...
Part of service involves registered mail and, since Patrick does make it difficult to serve him at his Lloydminster address (as he is rarely there), I am open to any information as to where he is working these days, or where he lives in the vicinity of Grande Prairie, or whatever else you might know. (I already have a good idea of the identity of his employer, but I'll leave it open for others to make suggestions).
Unsurprisingly, if Patrick goes out of his way to make it difficult to be served, any costs I incur in eventually tracking him down will be added to his ever-increasing debt to me. So if you've seen him out and about, chowing down on $21 greaseburgers, feel free to drop me a comment.

P.S. I have been assured that Patrick has been served via email so, at this point, he is absolutely aware that he is obligated to complete and return that questionnaire. If history is any guide, Patrick will refuse to open the email, and later claim he never saw it.

Last time I checked, he seemed to be working for an outfit named Avenge Energy, which happens to have a base in Grande Prairie which is exactly where Patrick seems to live. I'd get the sheriffs to make a phone call.
If you want to make sure Twatsy Ross will open emails for substitutional service, change the sending address to pornhub and the Subject to "FREE 7 DAY TRIAL!!!"
Or you can use a subject of "Incel Mullet Monthly" ... he'll definitely open that.
So what happens once Patrick is "officially" served and still misses the deadline for filling out and returning that form?
Anon @ 8:46 AM: Surprisingly, I am going to keep the consequences of that to myself for the time being, to not allow Patrick to prepare for it. I will say simply that it will be unpleasant and it will cost Patrick money. More than that, deponent sayeth not. You'll just have to stop by on a regular basis to find out.
P.S. I will say again, given that Patrick will most likely try to ignore the questionnaire and pretend he was entirely unaware of it, all it will take is a tiny slip-up on his part to mention it on social media to make it clear he's seen it. So if anyone notices something like that, by all means, grab a screenshot and I will pass it to my lawyer. Thank you kindly.
Just out of curiosity, he remains very active on Twitter. Wouldn't a notice published to his twitter feed and screenshot constitute evidence of notice? Even if he deleted it, the deletion would surely serve as confirmation that he had seen it. No?
Nope, simply posting something to someone's social media account does not constitute proof that they saw it. On the other hand, if they *replied* to it, that would be proof. So one is certainly welcome to bring all of this to Patrick's attention, but all he needs to do is ignore it. However, if he in any way acknowledges -- directly or indirectly -- that he read it, then a screenshot would be all the evidence I need.
