AFTERSNARK: Curiously, Blogging Tory "Gay and Right" Fred hasn't picked up on this yet. I'm waiting for him to discover that first link, and blog about what a terrific idea it is and, boy, is the U.S. in for a rude awakening when Israel decides to kick some ass. Seriously, that would be the funniest post of the week. I might wet myself.

The author of the "stupid" memo indeed deserves a smackdown. But I had a good chuckle in the smackdown link itself. In a piece that is otherwise full of sources via hyperlink, the reference to Congress as "Israeli-occupied territory" is un-sourced with no link. Hey-I wouldn't want to quote Pat Buchanan either...

You mean Member of Knesset and Minister without Porfolio Yossi Peled, surely. "Author of the memo" makes him sound like he's a pseudonymous, blogging nobody.

Fair enough Ti--he isn't a nobody. But I suppose he isn't "Israel" any more than some CPC MP isn't "Canada."
If the rest of your post was directed at me I haven't a clue what the internet lingo means....maybe it relates to the Aftersnark part of the post though.
