No, you CAN'T search Kate's archives. Bugger off.
Apparently, Canada's wanks are twigging to the fact that there's a whole lot of old content that they're not keen on seeing the light of day anymore.
First, there was the Blogging Tories, who quietly deleted their aggregator-wide search feature some months back. (Damned shame that -- the entertainment value was off the scale.) And now, there's Canada's Most Terrificest Blogger KKKate, whose search box now happily serves up:
You'd almost think they were embarrassed or something.

Google's site search still works though.
But that search box used to work. It's been turned off. That's my point.
Catherine is still a BT, so one of those razors should apply, such as this one:
"Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity."
But in this case, I agree with you.
Disclaimer for the faint of mind: No threats of violence were intended or should be inferred from mentioning the word "razor".
Ahh Blogging Tories... carte blanc intellectual dishonesty at it's finest.
"What?? We never said or did anything that may have set these bad icky folks off on these killing and shooting sprees!!! See!! We denounce them!!! And besides, it's all the liberal EmmEssEmm's fault!!"
And to be as clear as ls, I'm not threatening anyone with gun violence because it has been shown that some people, at the mention of guns and shooting, think it's directed solely at them...
Of course, for those of us who stumbled upon the cluster-bomb approach to one can always plug this into Google, all in one line, and have a ball:
~search term~ [space] site:smalldeadanimals.com
if you just put in site: followed by the domain name, you get a listing of the whole damn shootin' match. Like this:
http://tinyurl.com/lm8366
and it yields this

This doesn't guarantee that those 37,000 pages still have anything on them, and it might be too late to tap the particular cache you might want, but it's useful nonetheless.

Sheesh.
"...the cluster-bomb approach to one..."
should have read
"...the cluster-bomb approach to web searches, one..."
Time to put the Pina Colada's back into the fridge.
