The top American commander in Iraq, Gen. David H. Petraeus, has recommended that decisions on the contentious issue of reducing the main body of the American troops in Iraq be put off for six months, American officials said Sunday.

It's amazing to think that so many people seem to think he's actually profound in some way.
Well of course he is...the rejection of common sense, the departure from evidence-based assertions and the embrace of wishful thinking is a radical concept, the implications of which are profound. Obviously you, Red Tory, are suffering from a failure of imagination. Dare to dream, for heaven's sakes.
