President Bush's Walkabout
After President Bush's disastrous visit to Latin America, it's unnerving to realize that his presidency still has more than three years to run. An administration with no agenda and no competence would be hard enough to live with on the domestic front. But the rest of the world simply can't afford an American government this bad for that long.
And maybe we wouldn't be in this position if it hadn't been for that whole, you know, Judith Miller thing. Assholes.

At work we were talking about Bush's tanking popularity.
I observed that, although people are finally figuring out that he's an idiot, the fact that they were fooled for 5 years doesn't say much for their smarts.
They thought Bush would get smarter over time. They had good intel indicating this would be the case. So Which never existed first: Saddam's WMD's or w's brain?
