DNA versus Microsoft Windows: No contest.


Unintentional hilarity here, from the Discovery Institute's Stephen Meyer:

As Bill Gates has since noted, "DNA is like a computer program, but far, far more advanced than any software we've ever created."

Well, since this is Microsoft we're talking about, I'm pretty sure that's what they call "damning with faint praise."

Since 99% of the DNA in most organisms seems to not do anything at all ("junk" DNA), does that mean that Microsoft software is even more of a waste of space?
