Chronicles of Twatrick: All quiet on the Twatrick front.

It's now been well over a month since I had undischarged bankrupt Patrick Ross' dormant defamation action against me kicked to the curb and, even though Patrick assured everyone publicly that he would refile that action the very next day after its dismissal, I have seen nothing in all that time.

It's unlikely that Patrick would have any luck refiling the same action since the applicable limitation period (two years) has already passed:

Note well that since Patrick filed the original action in August of 2022, it has now been over four years so one can safely suggest that, at this point, any attempt to try all that again is doomed to failure.

At this point, I'm simply going to keep my judgment against Patrick active so that, some day, I might be able to collect once Patrick can no longer hide out in the wilds of northern Alberta.

I notice he hasn't said anything about it on Twitter either...its almost like he's following the advice of a lawyer not to tweet stuff about it or whatever since thats what any decent lawyer would advise him

Assuming he continues to work with counsel, I imagine Patrick is desperately making his way through all your posts from 2024 onwards to try and find something he can call "defamatory" ...

The second possibility is that they are trying some kind of Hail Mary pass at filing an appeal of the default judgment against him. I'm imagining the judge that sees that petition will have a good chuckle ...

Anon @ 10:34 AM: If you mean he's trying to overturn my default judgment from 2010, there is zero chance that is ever going to happen, especially since I have screenshots of Patrick *bragging* about how he deliberately delayed responding to it because he thought it would give him more time to prepare.

That default judgment isn't going anywhere.

If you go to the main floor washroom at the court house, the last stall has the "blacklist" on its walls, of people never to accept a case from. I suspect PR has a prominent place there.

Actually he's still biding his time, hoping for a referendum to let him leave the country without moving. Especially he's hoping they'll follow Elon's advice then there will be no Lloydminsters in Canada

Problem is, the Lloydminster Loser lives in Saskatchewan. Twatsy isn't good enough for Alberta.
