Probably trying to leave false trails. The restaurant's web site photo gallery is conveniently inaccessible (ip number cannot be found) so you can't tell if he simply lifted this picture from there.
Comfort food.
That isn't a picture off their website or instagram -> their other food pictures are much better staged than that. The fish looks overcooked (and battered), and presenting the plate like that is ... terrible.
