Chronicles of Twatrick: Waiting on a miracle.

Here's cripplingly indebted undischarged bankrupt Patrick Ross, first desecrating the concept of Wagyu beef, then hoping to win the lottery to salvage the smoldering wreckage that is his life:

Frankly, I hope Patrick wins big since that would make it so much easier for me to finally collect what he owes me. Until that happens, I am assuming that Patrick will remain on the run from numerous parties who would all love a short chat with him. Preferably under oath and in the presence of a court reporter.

Multiple fats, sugars, sodium, cholesterol, bad carbs and grease - Patrick has referred to his dubious, overpriced junk dietary choices as food "to die for", but this latest is food "to die from".

Twatsy didn't win. You can see the first 2 numbers on his ticket: 16, 18. The March 8, 2024 Western Max draw was 6, 19, 31, 38, 45, 49, 50, Bonus: 28. Looks like it's back to low-wage menial work in the oilfields, and bankruptcy evasion for the Twatster.

Let's say that he does win a lottery, as a thought experiment one has to ask how much he gets to keep after paying off his debts and how much lawyers will end up keeping...

It's a cute promo, though. Of course, the cost of the ticket gets added directly to the price of the hot dog...

MgS: To the best of my knowledge, Patrick does not have any outstanding lawyers' fees as he has -- with a single exception of hiring a lawyer to fight my motion to have the stay of proceedings lifted with respect to me (a motion I won handily, reinstating my original $85,000 judgment) -- represented himself for well over a decade, with predictable results.

Whether Patrick has any other debts or financial obligations might depend on whether he was being financially supported by his father and whether he might have to pay any of that back to the estate for the benefit of other family members.

As far as I know, Patrick's debts consist of the approximately $120,000 he owes me, and the approximately $25,000 in outstanding CDO he still has to pay to get out of bankruptcy. Those figures are not up for debate.

And to think that, once upon a time, he was given the opportunity to make all this go away for $10,000 and a public apology. Ah, the road not taken.

And I suspect the restaurant has to apply the same age checking rules for this lottery ticketed meal as for anything from the bar. Easy if the same wait staff does both but still annoying to customer.
