Chonicles of Twatrick: Happy interestversary, 2023 edition!

It is now 17 months since a Saskatchewan judge allowed me to register my 2010 judgment for malicious defamation against Lloydminster's Patrick "Nexus Alpha Male Triple Threat Dragon Fire Super Mullet MMA Cosplay" Ross, whereupon he was informed by the court that he owed me over $100,000, and that that amount was increasing at a punishing five per cent annually:

To no one's surprise, in that 17 months, Patrick has handed over no money and has refused to engage in anything regarding negotiation or settlement talks, so you're welcome to do the math as to how much he owes me as the weeks and months go by.

I have plans for Patrick for 2023; more than that, I will keep to myself.

P.S. In case anyone is keeping up with the ongoing adventures of Lord Baron Twatrick von Loadenhosen and notices he's relocated back to Saskatchewan, I would appreciate a heads-up on that.

Happy Interestversary to all who celebrate!

CC, do you have any idea what Twatsy's current tab is? If we recall correctly, you managed to garnish his bank account and menial labour wages on a few occasions. But we estimate the current tab at $115,000. Plus, maybe he also has to pay bureaucratic/legal fees on top of the roughly $500 of interest that accrues every month?

In any event, Patrick Ross is undoubtedly one of Canada's most pathetic losers.

@ROD: I could calculate but I'm not all that interested. Yes, I did manage to seize a few thousand over the last year but at no time did Patrick hand over any cash voluntarily -- every dollar has been collected forcibly via the Saskatchewan sheriffs. (Each collection attempt in fact adds to Patrick's debt as he is charged for every one of those attempts, above and beyond what is seized.)

At the moment, there is no active garnishment as it turns out garnishment does not work across provincial boundaries. But if Patrick ever returns to employment in Saskatchewan, it will kick back in.

Things will be happening in 2023.
