What a maroon. I see he's also pimping the Weather Channel guy. Ugh. Such monstrous stupidity is depressing.

Cue Werner's self-congratulatory post in five... four... three...

All that internationally recognized punditry-mojo, and not a single piece of paid writing to his credit. The man's so generous with his talent.

Riiigh... Only lefty blogs skew things politically.

I definitely trust the right wing blogs to give me the whole truth, without any political bias.

George W. Bush is a war hero! The Iran invasion is necessary to protect America. In fact we should just start invading every country and make them all states. People won't mind! Everybody loves America! We're the land of the free and home of the brave!

/sarcasm off

lol...

I don't know what you guys are laughing in. In the face of such sophisticated analysis, not to mention the citation of so overwhelming an authority, I shall change my political orientation at once, and expect you all to do the same.

I almost missed that he was referring to our own Wiener Prattles. Lordy, you can reel those rubes in like...like...like they're cod off the Grand Banks before the moratorium!

Wiener's future rests on re-locating to a Red State, before the remaining pigeons are all plucked.

My comment left on his blog:

That's pretty funny! So, right-wing blogs tell us that

-Iraq had WMDs even though David Kay and bush II couldn't find them

-the insurgency in Iraq is over and that's why you had to send 30,000 more troops who have solved the problem of violence that didn't exist in the first place because the insurgency was in its last throes.

-That the world definitely isn't heating up, but if it is, it's because the whole solar system is heating up

-That "Rathergate" is about a phony memo that only confirmed a true story: re - Bush is a hypocrite and a deserter

-That Jamail Hussein doesn't exist, except that he does, but okay he's lying

-That a middle-class family that qualified for S-CHIP are frauds and their kids are cheating scum, except they weren't

-That people with Parkinson's Disease who endorse any candidate who might help find a cure for Parkinsons are fakers who are being exploited

-That Western Civilization is mortally threatened by a few thousand Arab terrorists with rocket-launchers, explosives, and exacto knives

And right-wing blogs don't discuss the conditions at Walter Reed, the obvious lying of Alberto Gonzalez about the politicizing and degradation of the Justice Department, the warrantless spying on US citizens, the use of torture disgracing the US, and on and on.

And after all this dreck, these years of obvious lying and buffoonery, you have the goddamned nerve to accuse the people who were right all the time of being dishonest??

How your team's blatant shilling for a chicken-hawk moron is "rebellion"?

For the first time in your life man, pull your head out of your ass and look at reality.

Speaking of which, that dude you linked to? Werner Patels? Up in Canada we call him "Weiner Prattles" and it appears he's not someone you'd like to base an argument on.

I saw that the blogger had "comment moderation" on, so I didn't bother. I've got an entire encyclopedia of commentary (all of it brilliant) still being held up in Patrick "Patsy" Ross's moderation queue. I'm not bothering with moderated blogs anymore.

Ti-Guy: "...(all of it brilliant)..."

...and piquant, non?

I think I'm with ti-guy. I'm also noting a very clear example of the old adage when dealing with Ross--don't wrestle with the pig--you'll get dirty whilst the pig sits there and likes it.

I noticed, thwap, that somehow he forgot to let your comment through. He must have totally missed the import of E in MD's comment, because he let that one go. I wonder if it will mysteriously vanish when he realizes it was not, in fact, laughing at the LIBERAL blogs.

I read it with raised eyebrows till I came to the final line: "Read the article by Werner Patels for yourself to see if it makes sense."

Yegods. Talk about putting the final exclamation point on your complete lack of credibility.

Patels used such a broad brush it merely demonstrates his own ignorance and limitations.

...and piquant, non?

Ça va de soi.

I've left comments on his site as well in the past. Granted, not "brilliant" or "piquant" but they never get published either. The doughy one is a spineless coward and a total hypocrite — not worth wasting time on.
