Where are the internment camps? We were promised internment camps.

The next time a liberal of any kind in Canada is murdered for ideological reasons, I think we can safely say that the news release will read something like, "Joe Loon was a quiet man who didn't socialize much, preferring to spend most of his time online, commenting at the well-known Canadian political blog Small Dead Animals."

Here's Kate, comparing the constant, relentless, hate-filled eliminationist rhetoric of Bill O'Reilly to the comedic musings of Jon Stewart with respect to this:

Yes, Kate ... mocking the dumbassery that deserves to be mocked on a late night fake news comedy show is just like howling that someone is a horrific mass-murderer of children who deserves a hideously violent death. I certainly can't tell the difference.

When can we start rounding these people up?

MENSA's standards are slipping. I see that Kate thinks a poll that "oversampled" residents of Quebec is somehow sneaky and biased for that reason. I gather that survey methodology is not her strong suit.

*stifling helpless laughter*

That's Hunter-quality dumb. But humour is one thing that mystifies ol' KKKate. Really. She's completely dumbfounded by it.

Dawg: It is purely a mystery that someone that grindingly stupid and dishonest has such a following. For as long as I live, I'll never understand how Stephen Taylor managed to collect the absolutely dumbest. most uneducated, most racist people in Canada under a single banner.

It's breathtaking. Nothing else describes it.

They're united by populist anti-intellectualism. You can read it in every sentence they write; everything that's wrong in their lives can be blamed on us...you know, the people who bother to think and only assert things for which they have evidence and so forth. Taylor himself is not like that, but he's happy to lead to the parade as long as it delivers votes to the party.

I picture a very bleak future for him.
