Chronicles of Twatrick: Boy lawyer.

Someday, I may post the collection of Patrick Ross-related rulings that have been issued over the years, but for now, I will provide just this one paragraph from the ruling of J. McMurtry (QBG 430 of 2021), in the matter of my registering my 2010 defamation judgment against Patrick in Saskatchewan back in 2021 when Patrick -- representing himself -- attempted to formulate some legal arguments:

That would be Justice McMurtry, pretty much dismissing Patrick's gibberish as, well, total rubbish.

It's still one of my favourite paragraphs.

P.S. It's worth reminding everyone of this part of Patrick's meritless defamation lawsuit against me -- how much he thinks he is entitled to:

That's right ... Patrick wants the court to award him four million dollars.

Four.

Million.

Dollars.

Yeah, that's gonna happen.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Time to tighten the screws.

I've been pondering my next moves with respect to undischarged bankrupt and homeless financial fugitive Patrick "Respect mah greaseburger!" Ross, and while I'm going to keep my potential plans to myself for the moment, I will invite one and all to assist me in keeping much closer tabs on Patrick starting now.

As a start, I will want to know where he is working, and the current thinking is that he is contracting through a company called Avenge Energy in Clairmont, AB (just outside of Grande Prairie), so it would be useful to know whether that's still true.

Further, it would be just ducky to know where Patrick is living while working in Alberta, or whether he's just using hotels wherever he's assigned.

Most importantly, it would be monumentally helpful for me to know whether Patrick ever gets back to Lloydminster, particularly to his late parents' place, which he continues to claim is his address for proper and legal service, even though all of the evidence suggests he is rarely if ever there. So anyone in the vicinity of the Lloyd is totally invited to do drive-bys of Casa Ross and report back whatever they see there; particularly any evidence of the house going on the market, people moving in and out, that sort of thing. (I will not post the address here; if you need it because you want to help, email me.)

So there's your homework assignment -- keep me up-to-date on anything Twatrick-related, and I will be more forthcoming when the time is right.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Still bad-faithing after all these years.

A recent commenter opined that there seems to be little difference between the once 20-something Patrick "Bankrupt Tory" Ross, and the current 40-something Patrick Ross, and based on what an anonymous source pointed me at, I can assure you that Patrick's rhetorical dishonesty has not changed one iota in all the time I've had the misfortune to know him.

Paraphrasing slightly for simplicity, someone on social media suggested they would love to have met an alleged child abuser, for the sole purpose of teaching said child abuser a lesson. Patrick -- as is his pattern -- chose to deliberately misrepresent this as saying that that person insisted he would love to meet said child abuser (stripping the story of all of its critically important context).

This is how Patrick operates -- we call this "arguing in bad faith", where Patrick will take some event, then very carefully describe it in a misleading way that portrays it in an entirely inaccurate light. He's done this as long as I've known him, so it's unsurprising that he's still doing it. In fact, he's done this sort of thing in his legal filings, and that did not end well when my lawyer explained Patrick's deliberate misrepresentation to the Court.

In any event, it's clear Patrick has learned nothing from destroying his life via bankruptcy and a massive judgment against him. I can't say I'm surprised.

P.S. I once wrote about Patrick's obsession with bad faith arguing ... you can read that here

Chronicles of Twatrick: Happy (actual) 44th birthday.

Yes, I realize it's hard to wrap your head around the fact that petulant child and undischarged bankrupt Patrick "Bankrupt Tory" Ross is actually 44 years old today but, there it is. I'm not sure it's worth recapping Patrick's history of being pounded by court rulings or his now 12 and a half years in bankruptcy or the $125,000 he owes me -- all of that has been done before.

So I will leave you with this bit of history wherein, way back in 2007, Patrick was clearly having a delightful time defaming me online, and challenged me to do something about it.

And we all know how that worked out, don't we?

Chronicles of Twatrick: Happy (slightly early) 44th birthday!

While it's not until this coming Tuesday, June 17, you might want to start planning whatever is appropriate in honour of the 44th birthday of undischarged bankrupt and homeless financial fugitive Patrick "Quintuple Threat Ladies Man" Ross who, according to his bankruptcy Creditors' Package, popped into existence on that date back in 1981, so it seems a good time to recap all of Patrick's accomplishments, now that he is decidedly middle-aged and looking at 50 coming up uncomfortably quickly for someone who has achieved basically nothing in all that time.

There is the seven years he spent at the University of Alberta without ever actually getting a degree (where he reportedly and ironically was working on a sociology degree but that didn't pan out for reasons we can only guess at).

The highlight of Patrick's life would of course be when he decided to defame me maliciously back around 2008-09, whereupon I sued him and Patrick -- as is his pattern -- made a series of mind-blowingly unwise decisions, which eventually resulted in his spending the last 13 years in personal bankruptcy with little indication he is ever going to get out, and also resulted in my filing to have the stay of proceedings against him lifted with respect to me, which means his entire original debt to me (legal judgment of $85,000 and growing) was restored, which is why we are where we are now, with Patrick owing me north of $125,000, still bankrupt, with no university degree and homeless (depending on the disposition of his late father's house, a process which seems to be dragging on).

This is an odd state of affairs for someone who constantly bragged about how he was the smartest d00d on the Intertoobz, and yet finds himself careening towards 50 years of age with quite literally nothing to show for it, and having to be very careful where he lives and works given the number of people apparently looking for him and would dearly love to get him into a courtroom for some sort of reckoning.

In any event, I have my own plans for a belated birthday present for Patrick, but I will be keeping that to myself for the time being. All of you, however, are invited to send felicitations to "Outlaw Tory," and perhaps ask him what he wants to be when he grows up. After all, for Patrick, the big 5-0 is not that far off.

P.S. Lesson learned about 15 years too late:

Chronicles of Twatrick: Ignoring his idiotic defamation lawsuit.

Last week, I took advantage of a free half-hour consult with an Alberta lawyer regarding getting Patrick Ross' spectacularly meritless 2022 defamation lawsuit against me kicked to the curb; that is, having it dismissed for any number of reasons, one being his utter lack of progress in moving it along.

After hearing my summary of the history of that idiocy and of Patrick's total lack of effort in moving forward with it, said lawyer gave me some delightfully simple advice: "Ignore it."

His rationale was obvious -- unless there's some downside to having that lawsuit sitting there gathering dust, there's really no reason for me to waste any time or brain cells on it, so that's what I'm going to do, at least for the foreseeable future. I do have other plans for Patrick, but I'm going to take this legal advice and stop caring in the least about that silliness.

If Patrick ever decides to try to start it up again, he knows where he can serve me. And he knows that any further progress on this will eventually require him to show up in court. In person. Which is, the last time I looked, the last thing he wants to do given how many people will be waiting for him.

Chronicles of Twatrick: When stupid people tweet .

I suspect both the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and the court system are not going to be amused by undischarged bankrupt Patrick Ross making light of personal bankruptcy and openly bragging about how it's not such a big deal:

Sometimes Patrick just doesn't think things through.

MAY 31 UPPITY DATE: It's convenient that a recent anonymous commenter confirmed Patrick's employment at Avenge Energy (operating out of Grande Prairie), since I was once assured that I am entirely entitled to serve Patrick at his place of employment even if he isn't physically there -- all that's necessary is for a verifiable adult at the front desk to admit that Patrick works there, and we already have verification of that to allow the process server to serve documents in that way ... which is exactly what will be happening in the not-too-distant future.

As I once said, since Patrick has refused to move his idiotic 2022 defamation lawsuit against me along in the courts, I will be filing to have the court dismiss his lawsuit as abandoned -- exactly what I once did with his pointless appeal of his 2014 bankruptcy ruling, which Patrick filed and then ignored for over three years, causing a judge to toss it out based on "inordinate and inexcusable delay."

The best part of my eventual filing to toss Patrick's lawsuit is that if he wishes to fight my filing, he will absolutely need to appear in person at the Grande Prairie courthouse. The last time Patrick appeared by Zoom, he was torn a new one by the judge who made it clear that since Patrick filed an action locally in Grande Prairie, he was expected to be there in person, and I will be reminding the court of that. And when that happens, I will see to it that all interested parties know when and where Patrick can be served with any further filings.

In any event, Patrick might want to warn the good folks at Avenge Energy to make themselves available to any process servers that show up.

P.S. If you're looking to serve Patrick, you can do it as I describe above. You're welcome.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Oh, deadbeat, where art thou?

As I am in the process of, well, initiating some stuff related to undischarged bankrupt and perennial deadbeat Patrick Ross, it would be useful to know where he is working these days. It's almost certainly in Alberta somewhere and, last I was informed, he was at a place called Avenge Energy, so if anyone has run across where Patrick is collecting his paycheque these days, it would be just ducky if you dropped me a note.

Beyond that, I'm not going to give away what I'm up to, but when it happens, I promise I will fill you in.

Chronicles of Twatrick: I am not a lawyer, but ...

Well, here's a potentially interesting development regarding my $130,000 collection enforcement against financial fugitive and flight risk Patrick "Dragon Fire Nexus Quintuple Threat" Ross, and if there are any actual legal beagles in the audience, feel free to weigh in.

I have a copy of the registry title for the Lloydminster property that is Casa Ross (the residence of the late Ken Ross), and I'm open to people who understand this stuff interpreting what it means. I will paraphrase as I don't want to jeopardize any possible legal proceedings I might want to start, but the description of the property lists each of the four Ross siblings (Patrick included) as "a personal representative for the estate of Kenneth Edward Ross," and concludes that section, describing the collection of them as "the registered owners, as joint tenants of Surface Parcel [redacted]."

So what does this mean? Well, it first seems to mean that the part of the will related to that property has not been executed so it's still not clear what's happening to it.

The more interesting part (and I am only speculating here and open to proper legal guidance) is that all four siblings are listed as "registered owners, as joint tenants," which conceivably means that all four of those squalling brats were given a share of the property, whose disposition is yet to be settled. But as the title clearly lists all four as "registered owners," that suggests to me that Patrick officially owns a share of that property, and I have already asked actual lawyers to look into whether, based on Patrick's debt to me, I can walk in and file a claim against at least his share.

Stay tuned, and I will check if I can post the entire title verbatim so that others can examine it more thoroughly, but the fact that Patrick is listed as one of the registered owners seems promising.

ADDENDUM: Responding to first anonymous commenter as to how this would work, again, I am not a lawyer so I don't have an answer to that, but let me speculate wildly.

First, it is extremely encouraging to see that the title lists all four siblings as "registered owners"; this suggests that, regardless of the eventual disposition of that property, all four would seem to need to share in the proceeds of any such disposition. So what are the possibilities?

If the siblings agree that the house should go to just one of the kids, that would normally mean that person would buy out everyone else's share.  Well, if part of that buyout represents a share going to Patrick, it only makes sense that I should be able to file to claim that part of the buyout.

On the other hand, if the plan is to sell the property outright and split the proceeds, then, again, there would be a share going to Patrick that I should be able to seize. The fact that Patrick is listed on the title as a "registered owner" suggests pretty strongly that there is something there I can file to take, given his massive debt to me.

I am handing this off to the lawyers, and letting them advise me accordingly, but this looks like it has potential in the sense of my being able to tie up the disposition of the house until I get my share based on what Patrick owes me.

Chronicles of Twatrick: The surveillance continues.

Just in case undischarged bankrupt and financial fugitive Patrick Ross doesn't believe that I have confidential informants keeping track of Casa Ross in Lloydminster, here is a very recent photo of the place:

The lesson here is that, if anything changes regarding the status of that place, I will know about it almost instantly. I just wanted Patrick to know that, in case he's planning on playing any more stupid games.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Digging further into Casa Ross.

For what it's worth, I now have someone in Saskatchewan digging into the title for "Casa Ross," the residential Lloydminster property that was once occupied by Patrick Ross' late father, Ken Ross, but whose status is now uncertain as it's been some two years since father Ken passed away, which would normally mean that the will would have been executed and the property either passed on or put on the market.

My Lloyd-based confidential informants have not reported any noticeable change in the status of that property, so I have arranged for someone with the proper authorization to look into what is going on there, and to advise me whether I have any legal recourse to perhaps file something against it if Patrick is listed as one of the beneficiaries, or however that might work.

In any event, I am confident that I will eventually learn what is going on there, and what legal avenues are open to me.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Another month, another several hundred dollars.

Nothing really new to report regarding the ongoing and tedious saga of Lloydminster's favourite undischarged bankrupt, incel and financial fugitive Patrick "Stud Muffin" Ross, as he continues to avoid accountability by staying as far away from his home base of Lloydminster as possible, knowing that his debt to me is approaching something like $130,000, and growing by several hundred dollars a month given a judge's ruling from a few years back that told him how much he owed and cranked up the accruing interest rate to a whopping five per cent per annum:

I don't spend a whole lot of time obsessing over Patrick; it's not worth the trouble continuing to chase him given how hard he works at being unfindable, but I occasionally ponder how Patrick thinks this is going to play out in the long run, as the years go by and he approaches 50 years of age, where some folks start considering retirement while Patrick (if nothing changes) will still be technically homeless, bankrupt and unable to do the things normal human beings take for granted, like being able to buy a house or rent an apartment or purchase a car on credit.

It's not clear what Patrick sees as the end game here, as I have a confidential informant who resides in the Lloyd and graciously keeps me updated on any new developments at Casa Ross (the residence of Patrick's late father, Ken), watching for things like new tenants, perhaps Patrick moving back in, or a "For Sale" sign going up, given that if that property goes on the market, I will be right there filing whatever it takes to tie up the sale depending on whether Patrick would be getting a share of the proceeds.

In any event, I've regaled you all with stories of how, so many times over the years, Patrick had numerous chances to extricate himself from all of this and get his life back, and all at reasonable cost, and how he chose to arrogantly piss away all those chances because he was convinced he was the smartest d00d on the Intertoobz, which is how he finds himself where he is now -- bankrupt, homeless and on the run, where the cultural highlights of his life is taking a picture of his latest hamburger in an airport restaurant.

As always, if anyone out there has information on what Patrick is up to these days, drop me a note and I'll see if my lawyer can make use of it. I am also interested in the rumours that others are also suing Patrick for one reason or another, so you can let me know that as well.

Until next time.

P.S. To no one's surprise, Patrick has done nothing with his meritless and ridiculous defamation lawsuit against me, even though rumour has it he is still bragging publicly about how he is "winning" it. Patrick is well aware of where I can be personally served and, as he is the plaintiff, it is his responsibility to push that action along. When I finally take the time to have it dismissed as abandoned, I can assure you the Court is going to want to know why Patrick so obnoxiously gloated about that lawsuit while doing nothing to proceed with it.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Still all quiet on the Twatsy front.

In the midst of thigh-sucking deadlines at work, I totally forgot about my monthly lack-of-progress report related to undischarged bankrupt and greaseburger authority Patrick "Hellllloooo, ladies!" Ross, from whom I have heard nothing regarding his moldering, dormant, idiotic defamation action against me so ... nothing new there.

On the other hand it appears that Patrick is now hanging out in airports because they have burgers he has never tried:

I'm not sure what to think about someone who is fast approaching 44 years of age and thinks the culinary highlight of his week is a picture of his cheeseburger at an airport Chili's but ... there you go.

Chronicles of Twatrick: All quiet on the Twatsy front.

Nothing really new to report, other than that one of my Lloydminster-based confidential informants assures me little has changed at Casa Ross, and that Patrick has still invested absolutely no time or effort into moving his ridiculous lawsuit along.

In short, the evidence suggests that Patrick is still woefully bankrupt, woefully in debt to me and -- amusingly for someone who considers himself the smartest d00d on the Intertoobz -- still homeless and making a living as a menial swamper in the wilds of northern Alberta.

Sadly for Patrick, he has now spent more than half of his adult life bankrupt and in massive debt to me, with no indication that he is ever getting out of that. And to think it all started with a single comment from Patrick at my blog.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Happy interestversary!

Another month, another several hundred dollars tacked on to the debt of undischarged bankrupt and hillbilly roadkill gourmand Patrick "Stud Muffin Ladykiller" Ross, who seems determined to spend the rest of his life on the run from various parties, in personal bankruptcy, and in massive debt to your humble scribe, all after he challenged me to, well, see for yourself ...

That was from, I believe, back in 2008 or so, when Patrick was quite full of himself and sure of his legal standing. As history records, I did indeed bring it on, and that's why Patrick is where he is today -- a 40-something homeless bankrupt, running from various parties looking to serve him with legal filings.

The only recent development is that I now have a Lloydminster-based confidential informant who can keep me updated on goings-on at Casa Ross, the photographic evidence of which can be seen here:

All that means is that, if that house goes on the market, I will most likely learn about it within hours, and will do what I can to insert myself into the proceedings to collect what Patrick owes me.

Also on the legal front, it will surprise absolutely no one that Patrick has made zero effort to move forward with his spectacularly idiotic and meritless defamation against me, despite the fact that he keeps bragging about how he is "winning" that action; I suspect Patrick is well aware of the consequences of trying to proceed with that lawsuit, which will involve actually visiting a courtroom at some point, where I will make sure all interested parties know when and where he will be physically present in case they would like to have a chat, possibly involving a process server.

In any event, beyond this, nothing really new to report but drop a comment if you happen to run across Patrick in your travels, or know where he's hanging out.

P.S. There's a certain irony related to Patrick once having taunted me about having to "face [my] loved ones", given that I am on excellent terms with all of my family members, while rumour has it that no one in Patrick's remaining family wants anything to do with him given what he has put them through for over a decade now.

I just thought I would throw that out there.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Still cleaning out the place, I see.

My new Lloydminster-based confidential informant will be providing me with regular updates regarding any activity around Casa Ross; here's a very recent pic showing the same storage trailer that appears to have been there for quite some time:

so it's not clear what's going on, but I am assured I will be informed in short order of any sudden changes in the status of that property. All surveillance is perfectly legal, despite what some shrieky conspiracy theorists and undischarged bankrupts might suggest.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Apparently a really funny guy.

Nothing new to report, other than that undischarged Patrick Ross is nicely supporting something I suggested a while back, and that is that Patrick is pushing the idea he's hilariously funny by tagging his own Twitter posts with "laugh until you cry" emojis because he weirdly seems to believe he is some kind of hysterically amusing to the point where he needs to point that out to his 17 regular readers.

Seriously, it's a little creepy to post laughing emojis on your own tweets, as if people need some assistance to figure out that you're trying to be funny:

I've been on social media for many years, and I don't recall ever having to help out my adoring fans by reminding them that what I just posted was supposed to be amusing.

That's kind of ... sad.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Apropos of nothing, really ...

No real developments to report, other than that undischarged bankrupt and self-described "Alpha Male" Patrick Ross continues his quest to eat at every unhealthy greasy spoon in northern Alberta. Here's Patrick in the wind-swept barrens of Peace River, wolfing down 13,000 calories in a single meal before heading out for another day of swamping in a northern Alberta winter:

It's only moderately amusing to realize that, as someone coming up on his 44th birthday, Patrick has now spent fully half of his adult life found liable for malicious defamation, personally bankrupt and owing me a buttload of cash (an amount that is increasing by several hundred dollars every single month).

For someone who advertises himself as the smartest d00d on the Intertoobz, Patrick could use a moment or two of self-reflection. And maybe a lawyer.

I'm just trying to be helpful.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Happy (belated) interestversary.

Another month, another increase of several hundred dollars in what undischarged bankrupt and homeless financial fugitive Patrick Ross owes me pursuant to defaming me maliciously back in 2010, then refusing to even file a defence when I sued him:

There's not a whole lot to report -- Patrick is still on the run, the highlight of his life on social media being posting pictures of the latest greaseburger he's discovered somewhere between Grande Prairie and whatever desolate backwoods work site he's inhabiting as a "swamper" (a job that is definitely as disgusting as its name suggests).

I am still in the dark as to the status of Casa Ross or its disposition according to the will of the late and absolutely-not-lamented Kenneth Ross; as I've mentioned previously, the rumour is that the entire estate is being disputed but again, that is a rumour that is wholly unsubstantiated thus far. However, that rumour is at least consistent with the fact that that property has not gone on the market, which seems odd.

Anyway, I hear that Patrick is once again talking smack about me over at his Twitter account, and while I normally enjoy refuting his nonsense, I realized recently that there is precious little point in that since, according to his Twitter stats, Patrick gets almost no traffic so almost no one reads his attacks so what's the point in replying to something nobody ever reads?

If there any further developments, I'll let you know. In the meantime, if you happen to run across any evidence of where Patrick is hanging out these days, drop me a note.

Buy Canadian: Canadian "bourbons."

What technically is "bourbon?" I'll let Wikipedia do the work here, one of the defining characteristics being that bourbon uses a base of mostly corn for its manufacture. What this means is that sometimes it's difficult to recognize a Canadian product as being equivalent to bourbon, so some of these entries are here simply because they are a "corn whisky" or "corn mash whisky" distilled in Canada. So you'll need to experiment for yourself.

Leave suggestions for more entries in the comments, and follow me on Bluesky, https://bsky.app/profile/canadiancynic.bsky.social.

NOTE: Given how the Trump administration is tearing up current trade agreements, I think Canadian distilleries should simply start labeling their stuff as "bourbon," and tell the Americans to go stuff themselves.

P.S. If you're not married to bourbon, there's lots of excellent Canadian whisky just begging to be tried; 2025 Canadian Whisky Award Results.

Chronicles of Twatrick: You can smell the fear.

Once again, one of my confidential informants tells me that undischarged bankrupt and human garburator Patrick Ross is bragging about how I am "losing" a defamation lawsuit to him. As my loyal and long-suffering readers will know, Patrick has made absolutely no effort to move this idiotic and meritless action along for two years now, choosing instead to spend his time bragging about it on social media (all of which is being collected for when I decide to have this stupidity dismissed as abandoned and Patrick sanctioned with costs).

In any event, Patrick knows full well where I can be served with subsequent filings, but we all know that this silliness is going nowhere because in order to proceed, Patrick knows he will have to provide a proper and accurate address for legal service, and there is no way he is going to do that, so as much as Patrick wants to blar-har-har about "suing" me, everyone knows he's pretty much screwed in terms of trying to move this along. Mostly, Patrick knows how badly it would go for him to actually end up in a courtroom where I will make sure everyone who's been looking for him will be waiting.

Yes, I will at some point file to have his action dismissed for a variety of reasons, but in the meantime, given that there is nothing Patrick can do in terms of proceeding with it, I am in no rush, being content to let Patrick keep yammering on about it and burying himself even deeper in debt to me with each passing month.

Someday, when Patrick simply runs out of road, there will be a reckoning. And it will be ugly.

P.S. It's worth pointing out the irony in that Patrick constantly denigrates people based on their number of social media followers, bragging about how he has some 2,300 followers on Twitter and then insults anyone who has fewer.

The irony is that it's taken since 2008 (16 years!) for Patrick to amass those 2,300 followers, while your humble scribe (that's me), after joining Bluesky just a few short months ago and starting from scratch, is already closing in on 2,000 followers.

I just thought I'd point that out.

Chronicles of Twatrick: The derangement continues ...

Over at his Twitter account, undischarged bankrupt and man-child on the run Patrick Ross accuses me of obsessively examining all of his literary works for years because I used the acronym "AC" to refer to the recent anonymous commenter at this blog, since Patrick apparently dedicated a 2019 short story to "AC" and thinks I chose that acronym to be deliberately provocative:

Uh, I chose "AC" because it's short for "Anonymous Commenter."

It's embarrassing that I had to explain that.

P.S. After all these years, Patrick still does not understand what constitutes defamation. That's just sad.

P.P.S. Self-proclaimed literary giant Patrick Ross used the phrase "poured over" to describe studying something intently and with great concentration. Let that level of illiteracy sink in.

AND MORE: Apparently, this is the first part of the short story which I am accused of *poring* over and stealing the dedication to some mysterious "AC" just so I can provoke Patrick into, well, I have no idea. It is replete with such literary gems as, "She wasn't actually the only woman here. There were many other women here, ..."

That's pretty much where I stopped reading.

Chronicles of Twatrick: The meltdown continues apace ...

One of my confidential informants tells me that, over at his Twitter "Outlaw Tory" account, undischarged bankrupt and homeless financial fugitive Patrick Ross is blar-har-har'ing it up over the last few posts at this blog, implying yet again that he is somehow besting me in this head-to-head competition as to who owns a better house and a nicer car and is not personally bankrupt, etc, etc. Patrick seems particularly incensed over the claims of anonymous commenter "AC" as to his problematic legal status in terms of not having a valid driver's license or valid car insurance and so on, so let's clarify a few things.

First, none of AC's claims have been accompanied by verification; however, having said that, I will say that AC's claims are at least consistent with the facts before me. Let me explain.

AC claims that the estate of the late, intellectually-damaged Ken Ross is currently being disputed. While I have no evidence of that, it does square with the puzzling fact that, after all this time, Casa Ross has not gone on the market as far as I know. One possibility is that the house was simply handed over to one of the children but, if that's true, it certainly wasn't to Patrick, who clearly spends all of his time on the road. So either the house has gone to one of the other ditchbilly siblings or -- as AC suggested -- everything is still tied up in some sort of squabbling between those drooling inbreds.

Following on that, if Patrick is not living there and is effectively residing in Alberta, then it does make sense that he should have transferred over his D/L and car registration to Alberta; otherwise, it seems only logical that it's not technically valid right now. Again, no proof, but well-reasoned speculation.

I did start to read Patrick's bloviating but got bored almost immediately and gave up; the only value all of that screeching has is to eventually put it all in the front of the court to demonstrate how Patrick -- when he argues that he just couldn't find the time to proceed with his idiotic, meritless lawsuit against me -- always seems to have the time to tweet hours worth of dumbass stupid. Which is one of the successful arguments I made when I filed to dismiss his 2014 bankruptcy appeal -- that he always had the time to bloviate on social media but never to move his appeal along. Even the judge made that finding in his ruling against Patrick, kicking Patrick's long-moldering appeal to the curb.

In any event, it seems that Patrick (now in his mid-40s) has learned nothing since I sued him 15 years ago. While I have been doing fine in terms of car and home and job and relationship, Patrick has no apparent home, definitely no romantic relationship, a crappy job that requires outdoor work in northern Alberta in the winter, and a vehicle that may not even be legally registered or insured.

So, sure, he's winning. Whatever.

Chronicles of Twatrick: WTF is going on with that estate?

While I have no confirmation of the numerous claims made by recent anonymous commenter "AC" reproduced in the last couple of posts, there is one claim that caught my attention -- that the disposition of the estate of the late, deranged lunatic Ken Ross is currently being disputed. And although I have no evidence of this, I have for a while been curious as to why that property never went on the market; there are numerous online real estate search engines that will tell you if a property is listed and, whenever I checked, Casa Ross was always "OFF MARKET." This struck me as odd since I had assumed that part of the will would dictate that the house be sold and the proceeds divvied up among that passel of squalling ditchbillies. That never happened, but the suggestion that things are being disputed would certainly explain this inordinate delay. But to more pressing business.

If the house is not on the market, I have to assume one of the Ross Morlocks is living there in a caretaker role, so I once again invite one and all who are in that area to do a drive-by and report what they see. Does anyone appear to be living there? Is there a regular car in the driveway? Are there any indications of stuff being packed up, or storage trailers in the driveway? Are lights on in the evening? You get the idea.

If you've been following this saga, you already know the address (in Lloydminster, SK) of the property in question. If you don't and want to help, drop me a note at canadiancynic@yahoo.ca and I'll provide it -- I won't produce it publicly, even though Patrick lists it in all of his court filings so it's trivially easy to find. So at this point, I really, really want to know what's going on at Casa Ross, as I'm about to sic my lawyer on this situation.

Keep those cards, letters and surveillance reports coming in.

P.S. That Patrick seems to not live at Casa Ross is problematic for him, as all of his court filings give that as the address for proper and legal service, and as that is no longer his residence, that's one reason why Patrick seems loath to proceed with any legal action against me or anyone else -- I, at least, have made it clear that the instant he tries that, I would insist he provide both me and the Court with an accurate address for service, something Patrick is clearly not prepared to do.

So Patrick's current misrepresentation of his residence address is not only an issue for him having a valid driver's licence and vehicle insurance, it's also putting a real crimp in his ability to go after anyone legally. But I'm sure he has all this under control, what with him being the smartest and baddest d00d on the Intertoobz. According to him.

A WILD AND CRAZY IDEA: I pondered for a while about this last part but I'm going with it. If the Ross estate is actually being disputed, one wonders if that has anything to do with the siblings arguing about how to dispose of the assets while protecting their own share in the face of Patrick's undischarged bankruptcy and his massive debt to me.

Perhaps the will is worded in such a way as to conceal assets to make it more difficult for me to seize Patrick's share, but that wording is making it more difficult for the rest of those hillbillies to get their hands on what's coming to them. And perhaps -- just, perhaps -- one of those siblings is running out of patience trying to accommodate Patrick's nightmarish legal situation and having to wait for their share of the assets because of Patrick. So here's my offer.

If I can be of assistance, I am inviting any of Patrick's siblings to drop me a note at canadiancynic@yahoo.ca and provide an accurate account of what is going on. In return, I will work with them to protect their share of the estate while still going after Patrick for every penny he owes me. All of this is speculative, of course, but if Patrick's siblings are currently screwed by his legal status and his jeopardizing their getting their hands on what is coming to them, I'm willing to discuss the situation.

If anyone has contact info for the siblings, you are invited to pass this on. I'm willing to be helpful but only up to a point until I run out of patience, at which time I will go after everything, regardless of whose assets get seized. That's the offer, and the clock is ticking.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Interestinger and interestinger ...

Here's a followup comment from anonymous commenter I've labeled "AC". (IMPORTANT: When I said I "edited" the previous submission, it was only to correct a couple typos and add a missing apostrophe, that sort of thing; I in no way removed any meaningful content):

[Emphasis added by CC]

I've taken your advice and hired myself a lawyer and filed a police report with the RCMP in Calgary.

My police report details the fraudulent interaction with my employer and the 9 different Facebook accounts and 7 X accounts I suspect Patrick of impersonating and using to harass me.

My lawyer has been instructed to find out where Patrick is working and where he hangs his hat because his address in Lloydminster, SK, is no longer valid. No one resides at the residence because it's part of an estate that is currently being disputed. This makes his driver's license in need of an update and his vehicle's insurance invalid because he no longer resides in Saskatchewan. Due to living out of province for more than 6 months, he would have to update his insurance tied to an Alberta residence. Everything correlating to his person is still tied to his father's Lloydminster address. Patrick isn't a full time student in Alberta thus is required to switch both. He is technically driving around Alberta with an invalid license and insurance. This has been brought to the RCMPs attention by my counsel when we filed the report.

There's a few other instances of potential fraud on Patrick's part if he's re-signed any leases in the province that were under his father's name. It's very unlikely Patrick would have been able to attain a lease for residence under his name being an undischarged bankrupt for over 8 years. Just as, if Patrick is possibly using a credit card owned by his father, as he's deceased, would constitute fraud.

Due to some of the things Patrick has said online under his own X account and if I can prove he was using any of the Facebook or X accounts I suspect him of using, I am filing a libel suit against him. I will not put up with being called a pedophile or my wife told that she's supporting a sex offender and that my children should be questioned if I've ever touched them.

If I gain any information on his employer or living situation, I will be informing the parties he's currently suing in Grande Prairie, AB. It's my understanding he hasn't updated his Statement of Claims against several entities. Another party has given me transcripts of two hearings where Patrick committed perjury stating he is not an undischarged bankrupt without a trustee. That is categorically false. I've spoken to his former trustee in Saskatchewan, and they assure me he is still in such status as of Monday afternoon.

Please ensure this is posted to your blog in it's entirety. These are my statements and mine alone, and as long as my words aren't edited in any way, you are shielded from liability. If edited, you could be considered a co-author under Canada's defamation law.

It's very important that others know how deep Patrick has dug his hole, the trouble he is in, and they should help end his cycle of abuse. Patrick is unwell and he needs help.

I will have more to say about this later. I am intrigued that the disposition of the estate is currently being disputed; I thought it seemed to be taking an inordinately long time for the house to be sold or change hands.

Anyway, things are definitely getting more interesting.

P.S. I would take issue with one of AC's points above -- that Patrick "committed perjury stating he is not an undischarged bankrupt without a trustee." I wrote about that back here. Technically, Patrick never claimed he still had a trustee; rather, he simply misled the court by failing to disclose that little tidbit, so I would be very careful about accusing Patrick of perjury. It is sufficient to point out that he clearly failed to disclose relevant information to the judge, and I would leave it at that.

P.P.S. If Patrick's vehicle insurance is indeed no longer valid, it seems like this is something that should be brought to the attention of his employer since, if Patrick is driving to job sites in an uninsured vehicle and without a valid driver's license, that could in some way make his employer liable if Patrick has an accident which results in a lawsuit -- especially if it can be shown that the employer was aware of this. (Hint, hint.)

AC is still invited to email me at canadiancynic@yahoo.ca, as there is some information I have that might be useful and I don't want to publish it where Patrick can read it.

BY THE WAY, regarding this sentence in the above: "It's very unlikely Patrick would have been able to attain a lease for residence under his name being an undischarged bankrupt for over 8 years."

Patrick has, in fact, been bankrupt for over 12 years, having filed for bankruptcy in December of 2012. Further, his trustee withdrew from his file in February of 2014, which means Patrick has been an undischarged bankrupt without a trustee for 11 years, so it's actually worse than AC describes it.

AC should also know that, without a trustee, Patrick has very likely not been making his legally-required reports to the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, so he is way in arrears related to his legal obligations under the bankruptcy regime. And on top of all that, he owes me around $125,000 and I have a collections order against him in the province of Saskatchewan.

Just want to make sure that AC has all this information. I'm just trying to be helpful.

SHEER SPECULATION ON MY PART, but I am intrigued by the claim that the late Ken Ross' estate is being disputed. One would have thought its disposition would be straightforward, so I wonder if the holdup is in any way related to Patrick's siblings squabbling over how to protect all those assets from being seized by me if the will shows any substantial property going to Patrick.

What if the will dictates that the house be sold and the proceeds be divided among the siblings? Given my collection order against Patrick, do I have any legal right to step in and put a hold on that sale until I am legally assured of receiving Patrick's share of the sale price? I think it's time to check with the lawyers again. It would certainly be interesting to know what the "dispute" is all about, and whether it's tied to how Patrick's bankruptcy has jeopardized everyone else's ability to collect.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Possible identity fraud?

Here's a short followup to that last post related to an anonymous commenter describing how someone (and it's unclear who) filed a bogus complaint against him with his employer. NOTE: There is of yet no proof that this was Patrick Ross, but here's what just occurred to me upon rereading that comment, particularly this snippet [emphasis added]:

Due to posts on my Facebook page, he knows where I work. Someone has called and spoke to my main superior and lodged a false complaint. It wasn't known until after I was called in to a meeting and almost given a written warning, that it was fake. When the alleged incident took place I was in another city and couldn't have attended the accuser's business location causing issues over not purchasing products from us.

As I read this, the complaint would seem to be suggesting that the anonymous commenter ("AC") visited someone else's business and caused a commotion, apparently complaining that that company was not purchasing product from AC's employer. Is that how you read it? Because here's the problem.

Even if the bogus complaint was made anonymously, it seems that the only people who would be in the position to make such a complaint would be the owners or managers of that business; this strongly suggests that, even if the person who filed the complaint with AC's employer did not leave a name, they would have claimed to at least work for that company. Are you with me so far? And here's why that's important.

Because misrepresenting your identity for the purpose of harassment is a criminal offense in Canada called "identity fraud" (not to be confused with "identity theft"), as described here:

Note well that identify fraud does not require any attempt to steal or procure anything of value; rather, one of its characteristics (as I have highlighted) is to personate another entity simply for the purpose or harassment. So If Patrick (or someone else) called AC's employer and falsely (mis)represented themselves as a representative of that other company for the purpose of getting AC in trouble, that is absolutely textbook identity fraud according to the Criminal Code of Canada, which suggests it might be worthwhile to chase this down to see if someone committed an actual crime.

Again, this is all speculation but if Patrick Ross did indeed call AC's employer and misrepresent his identity in order to cause inconvenience to AC, that is pretty much a slam-dunk case of identity fraud, for which, uh oh ...

If I was AC, I would be calling a lawyer. And absolutely filing a police report. But that's just me.

Chronicles of Twatrick: A life swirling down the drain.

As a recent commenter looking for advice left another comment on this blog, assuming it was meant to be posted, I am going to give it some coverage here so one and all are aware what they are getting into when engaging with Lloydminster's Patrick Ross (minor editing):

I called FluidPro Oilfield Services in Calgary and they say that Patrick Ross doesn't work for them directly, but could work on their jobsites through a 3rd party contract vendor.

I posted what I said in your post to a Lloydminster forum and a woman messaged me and said she believes Patrick lives between Edmonton and hotels he gets issued near job sites he works. She knew the family and Patrick has been more than troublesome his entire life. Most jobs he was hired at in Lloydminster ended because he would harass people to the point working with him became untenable. He was released from a theatre he worked at doing small plays because he became obsessed with a female director which ended with the police getting involved.

She told me Patrick has had trouble with the police his entire life for harassing people including when he went to school at the University of Alberta. I explained everything I've gone through with Patrick online; she conveyed her sympathies but told me he's done far worse to others and to expect more as I ignore him.

I must ask again how he's never been criminally charged to this point in his life. He has a long and sordid history of harassment and online stalking, and people have wanted to press charges. Do you know if he has a documented mental illness or disability that makes pursuing criminal charges against him unviable?

Due to everything Patrick has done, I've closed my accounts on X and Facebook. It became useless to try and figure out if he was impersonating one of my friends on those networks. It was also apparent he's getting accounts that have followers and history on those networks to use to harass me. I've been told people can purchase these accounts for as little as $4 online.

Patrick has a very unhealthy obsession with people that out his nonsense opinions on X. When he's publicly challenged and loses, he turns into the worst temper tantrum toddler in the history of mankind. Before reading your blog, I assumed he was a teenager who liked trolling people, but I learned he's over 40 years old. The worst mistake I've made in my lifetime was engaging with him online. Had I known this is what that interaction would lead to, I would have simply left him to speak his horrible takes to the 30 or so people that view his trash.

If you can offer any assistance with ridding this man from my life, please convey it.

Patrick is invading my life. Most times I can't prove it's him because contact has become indirect through other parties. I'm stumped how to untangle this mess. Would an apology to him help at all? I still have an avenue to stop the deletion of my X account and could post an apology if that would appease him. I have 9 days remaining to unlock my account.

I'm not sure what advice to give, other than to suggest that calling one's employer and lodging a fake complaint absolutely falls under the definition of defamation, so I would file a police report ASAP and, if you're feeling ambitious, get legal advice. I can give you all of the contact information I have for Patrick; drop me a note at canadiancynic@yahoo.ca.

P.S. I'd like the contact info for the woman you were talking to; invite her to drop me an email if she is so inclined.

P.P.S. It would be useful to get the name of that third-party vendor that Patrick works through; if FluidPro refuses to provide it, that's why you should file a police report -- so you have the weight of a police report to compel disclosure. Having a genuine police report in hand will make everything you do far more difficult to ignore.

Chronicles of Twatrick: The creepy stalking continues.

From a recent post, here's a comment that deserves wider coverage, and I'll address it on the weekend. In the meantime, I know exactly what this person is talking about -- Patrick has a long and creepy history of stalking and doxxing people he doesn't like.

More later.

I recently had an unfortunate interaction with Patrick Ross on X where he was outright lying about an issue and I called him out on it. Things escalated pretty quickly after Patrick started throwing out data points which only proved his position was wrong, but he somehow did mental gymnastics to convey he was right. He wasn't. It was embarrassing for him and that's when the harassment started. Now he's creating accounts to keep the conversation going because I blocked him from interacting with me.

How does someone get rid of this guy? I've read everything you've written about Patrick along with other blogs that I can only assume are friends of yours or people who've had to deal with him in the past. I don't understand how he's never been charged with online harassment or stalking, nor do I understand how he's able to get away with not paying damages to you while filing dishonest lawsuits against others. As you've likely have the most experience dealing with Patrick, I come hat in hand looking for advice.

Instead of emailing you, I'm asking here because I'm sure someone else is dealing with the same situation and your advice could prove extremely valuable. Patrick has now invaded my Facebook account and before long I have no doubt he'll start attacking my wife and family. He escalates so quickly and he's extremely devious by impersonating people I've friended on different platforms. It's gotten to the point I don't trust that I'm talking to the person I should be talking to, or if it's Patrick impersonating another individual. He's attained information that I've only said in private communications with others and used it against me. I've tried contacting the RCMP but they've less than helpful. A Constable I spoke to in Grande Prairie who's dealt with Patrick in the past informed me that it's his belief Patrick is extremely mentally ill and he's not seeking treatment to mitigate his behavior issues.

My second question to you is, you've been chasing Patrick for a decade. What chances do you give yourself to extract damages from Patrick for the entire amount he owes you within his lifetime? He doesn't look healthy by any stretch of the imagination and while he purports to working out at gyms, just walking in the building to sit down to ogle women shouldn't classify as a workout? Does it? He's far too obese and eats a disgusting calorie buffet for a diet to ever effect any meaningful weight loss on his frame. With every meal he's shortening his lifespan.

From your blog the appearance is that Patrick owes you over $120,000. He doesn't appear to have any appreciable assets to seize and doesn't have ties to anyone meaningful in his life that could possibly help you gain information regarding where he hangs his hat or is employed. From the outside looking in, and you could certainly have information you haven't released to the public, what odds do you realistically give yourself to get $40,000? $50,000? $75,000? $100,000? Full payment from Patrick? Personally from everything I've about the man, I'd put your odds around the same as 3 major lottery wins in a month. I'm not trying to be negative to your plight, but Patrick leads a nomadic lifestyle largely based on where he can reliably watch wrestling each week or a free UFC pay per view. Pinning him down to allow agencies to extract funds from him seems impossible.

Last question is, how come no one that Patrick is currently suing has filed for dismissal to bring him before a court? Wouldn't that be the quickest way to have Patrick atone for his past actions and pay all awards you've been granted?

I know that was a long read but I don't understand how Patrick has gotten away with this behavior for so long. Is this simply how bad our legal system in Canada has become? Has he fallen through the cracks? The entire life of Patrick Ross baffles the law abiding minds of regular folks like me.

Here is one suggestion that might be effective: It's possible that Patrick still works for FluidPRO Oilfield Services; you should consider calling their Human Resources department and filing an official complaint against Patrick, describing in detail Patrick's harassment. (I would also specifically ask for a contact in the legal department.)

I'll have more to say this weekend, but I think you should start there.

P.S. If anyone has more current information about where Patrick works these days, let the rest of us know.
