Chronicles of Twatrick: How bankruptcy takes a toll.

One of my confidential informants tells me that undischarged bankrupt Patrick Ross was recently whining on YouTube about the Edmonton Eskimos being renamed the (less-racist) "Elks," and how he (Patrick) is totally not fine with that and prefers that it be changed back. And said confidential informant gifts me this screenshot of Patrick in the middle of that tone-deaf rant:

Jesus Christ, but bankruptcy has not been kind to Patrick. Dear God, Patrick is only 44 years old, and he looks at least a decade older. For someone who has, for years, bragged about being one of the smartest and baddest d00ds on the Intertoobz, Patrick is morbidly obese and balding, and has an unhealthy number of chins.

There is something truly sad about this, given that Patrick has written on numerous occasions about his desperate search for a satisfying romantic relationship, but what woman is going to be even minimally interested in a prematurely aging, overweight university dropout and massively-in-debt undischarged bankrupt with no apparent fixed address?

It's easy to mock Patrick (and not that he doesn't deserve every bit of it), but it's just as easy to feel sorry for him. Fat, balding, bankrupt and alone is no way to go through life.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Happy (belated) interestversary!

Pardon the tardiness but I have been so busy at my new place of employment that I overlooked that it is now a full 50 months since a Saskatchewan judge dropped the hammer on undischarged bankrupt and greaseburger authority Patrick Ross, during which what he owes me is almost certainly north of $130,000 (and that does not even include the additional $25,000 or so he needs to get himself out of bankruptcy, which is an entirely separate issue from his burgeoning debt to me).

I'll have more to say this weekend, but photos from my Lloydminster-based spies suggests that that passel of inbred hillbillies is still cleaning out the hovel that is Casa Ross in preparation for trying to cash in. Said photos will be forthcoming, so stay tuned.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Happy interestversary!

In all the hubbub of my new job, I totally forgot that, three days ago, another full month had passed, and it is now four years and one month since an SK judge ruled as to how much financial fugitive and perpetual debtor Patrick "Super Stud Muffin Quintuple Threat Nexus Dragon Fire" Ross owes me (now around $130,000), and how rapidly that amount would be increasing (five per cent annually).

Oh, and given an earlier ruling that severed what Patrick owes me from his actual state of personal bankruptcy, even if Patrick paid off that entire amount to me, he would -- hilariously -- still be bankrupt until he paid off his bankruptcy judgment (in the vicinity of an additional $25,000).

In short, Patrick is currently on the hook for about $155,000 to get his life back, and I don't see that happening any time soon as, based on the current real estate market in Lloydminster, SK, even selling Casa Ross at its most optimistic selling price might get Patrick half of that (assuming the proceeds from selling that hovel are split equally among all four of those inbred sibling ditchbillies).

So, yeah, Patrick has buried himself good and proper, and that's not changing any time soon.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Suddenly a great deal of interest.

Curiously, over the last several weeks, there has been a marked increase in readers checking out the ongoing trials and tribulations of undischarged bankrupt and permanent debtor Patrick "Super Quintuple Threat Nexus" Ross, as you can see by the traffic stats:

Note how traffic surged from a few hundred per Twatrick-related post to into the thousands. I haven't bothered to track down where it's all coming from and, frankly, I don't much care. But it is curious that someone out there seems awfully interested in how Patrick is getting on these days.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Things still happening at Casa Ross?

Another of my Lloydminster-based CIs took this quick drive-by photo of Casa Ross, showing both the white pickup truck still in the driveway (reportedly belonging to one of Patrick's siblings), and the back of that storage trailer appears to be open, further suggesting ongoing work cleaning up that hovel in preparation for selling so all of the weaselly Ross clan can get their hands on Daddy's assets.

Well, except for Patrick, but that is a story still in development.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Might be F.A.F.O. time for Patrick.

Left by an anonymous commenter, but it matches what we've all come to know about Patrick and his obsession with stalking and harassment (slightly edited for clarity):

For a while I've been sending Peter Skinner screen shots of Patrick's tweets about him but last week Peter asked if I could send them directly to an RCMP constable referencing a file number.

Peter's out living his life and not uttering a peep about Patrick but Patrick keeps harassing him with things. It certainly looks like Peter's taking steps to rid himself of Patrick for good. Patrick is stalking his online accounts and setting up many accounts mocking him. It would be amazing if charges against Patrick were laid for over a decade of harassment. Patty's harassing several others at the same time so this could blow up in his face dramatically. Patty could be in store for the F.O. portion of decades of F.A. harassment of people. I'm almost giddy at the thought his dumb ass might land in jail where sheriffs would be able to find him anytime they like.

I can confirm Patrick's years of personal harassment of me, so it surprises me not that he invests so much time in stalking others. And add to that whatever I bring down on him when I decide to go after whatever assets he acquires from the sale of his utterly-unlamented lunatic crackpot of a father, and one wonders if his immediate family members are getting at all tired of his shtick and putting their financial assets at risk.

That is one stunningly stupid family.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Things happening at Casa Ross.

One of my Lloydminster-based confidential informants reports on an unfamiliar vehicle (a white pickup truck) now taking up space at Casa Ross, further suggesting that there is some serious cleanup in preparation for putting that dump on the market:

It's not clear what to make of this, but it's just a reminder to Patrick that I have spies everywhere.

SPEAKING OF SPIES, a different C.I. gifts me with the revelation that Patrick has perhaps relocated to Camrose, AB, with a new telephone number, 587-322-xxx3 (just so Patrick knows that I know). Not sure if this is an attempt to get out from under his bankruptcy, but I'm sure Patrick realizes by now that, in Canada, personal bankruptcy is federal, not provincial.

In any event, I am still watching the goings-on at Casa Ross intently.

AUG 25 UPPITY DATE: A private note from one of my CIs suggests that the honking big white pickup in the driveway at Casa Ross belongs to one of Patrick's siblings, Jennifer, which further suggests that things are getting serious in terms of clearing out that hovel for sale.

Stay tuned.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Happy interestversary!

Hard to believe, but it's now officially four years since a Saskatchewan judge told undischarged bankrupt and burger-munching financial fugitive Patrick Ross that he owed me a pile of money, and cranked up the accruing annual interest rate to a whopping five per cent. At this point, Patrick owes me somewhere in the vicinity of $125,000-$130,000, but I'm not really trying to be precise anymore; I just know that with every month that goes by, Patrick's debt to me gets kicked up by another several hundred dollars.

The only potential recent development is that my Lloydminster-based spies and confidential informants tell me (via drive-by photos) that something is happening at Casa Ross with the appearance that that collection of truck-driving hillbillies might finally be cleaning out that property in preparation for selling it, since I imagine all four of the Ross siblings really want to get their hands on their late father's bloated assets and, if that is the case, well, I have all the right people lined up and ready to go once that dump goes on the market.

In the meantime, I have heard nothing about Patrick's idiotic defamation lawsuit against me, and I have been advised that, if he chooses not to pursue it (which is his responsibility), I should not waste any time in worrying about it.

Until next month, or something.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Patrick Ross, anti-vaxxer.

To no one's surprise, over on Twitter, Patrick is staunchly on the side of the UCP's deranged and idiotic policy to both limit the availability of COVID-19 vaccines, as well as price those vaccines out of reach of many Albertans.

This is what a cult and cult member look like.

P.S. Amusingly, I don't recall Patrick expressing any concern over the $80 million worth of "waste" when the UCP purchased a truckload of worthless Turkish Tylenol.

Like I said, that's what being in a cult looks like.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Starting to watch more closely.

First, we are fast closing in on the four-year anniversary of Patrick "Super Badass Quintuple Threat Dragon Fire Nexus Chick Magnet" Ross being told by a Saskatchewan judge how much he owes me and how fast that amount is increasing -- back-of-napkin calculations show about $130,000 by now, increasing by over $500 per month.

But the real news is the increasing evidence (as reported by my network of spies and confidential informants) that Casa Ross -- the Lloydminster property of the late and thoroughly unlamented Kenneth Ross -- is being cleaned up, most likely for going on the market so that that passel of morbidly obese and inbred hillbillies can finally cash in, so I'm staying on top of the situation and will almost certainly be informed of a "For Sale" sign within a day of it being planted in the front yard, at which time things will start to happen.

More than that, I will keep to myself, but I have all the right people lined up and ready to go when the time comes. Whether that family of miscreants wants to get a good lawyer is up to them.

Chronicles of Twatrick: The comings and the goings.

One of my Lloydminster-based confidential informants swung by Casa Ross this weekend and took a pic showing no vehicles in attendance, establishing that something is happening there what with pickup trucks sometimes in the driveway and sometimes not.

I am taking this as a good sign that there is some effort being invested in prepping the property for market, at which time I will be prepared to leap into action with a filing or two.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Back in the Lloyd, I hear.

A moderately reliable source tells me that undischarged bankrupt and greaseburger gourmand Patrick "Dragon Fire Quintuple Threat Assholery Nexus" Ross is back at Casa Ross this weekend, ostensibly involved in cleaning up estate issues related to his late but little-lamented father, so I've asked one of my CIs to do a surreptitious drive-by and check things out. Reportedly, Patrick is now driving a blue Ford F-150, which has definitely shown up in previous photos of Casa Ross, so it will be interesting to see what sort of pics I get of any weekend activity.

CORRECTION: I was informed that Patrick is driving a blue F-150, not a red one. My error.

Chronicles of Twatrick: What's happening at Casa Ross?

My Lloydminster-based confidential informants (CIs) are keeping tabs on current goings-on at the residence of the late-but-not-lamented Ken Ross, watching for any activity that suggests that hovel is being prepped for the market, and it was several days ago that one of those CIs gifted me with this pic of what is apparently Patrick's brother Chris, perhaps cleaning out the place:

Given that it's a long weekend coming up, that would seem to be a convenient time for any more tidying up, so I'm asking all of my spies to watch extra carefully over the upcoming weekend for any more action that would suggest getting ready for market, particularly the presence of unfamiliar vehicles in the driveway.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Happy (belated) interestversary.

Been busy the last few days, so I have been remiss in not wishing undischarged bankrupt and financial fugitive Patrick Ross a happy interestversary, in that it is (I think) just one month short of four years since a Saskatchewan judge told Patrick how much he owes me, that amount creeping awfully close to $130,000 by now.

And on another note, one of my Lloyd-based CIs sends me a set of photos, establishing that something is happening at Casa Ross, what with Jabba the Hutt apparently helping clean out the garage:

No idea what this means but, again, it's just a reminder to Patrick that I have eyes everywhere.

P.S. All of the available evidence suggests that the individual above is, indeed, one of Patrick's siblings, Christopher, which lends even more support to the idea that that entire passel of hillbillies is prepping the house for market. As always, my Rapid Response Legal Team is ready, and all of my Lloyd-based CIs have been put on orange alert to watch for any "For Sale" sign.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Patrick Ross, boy lawyer, strikes again.

Following up on the recent surveillance of Casa Ross by one of my Lloyd-based confidential informants, once upon a time, when someone else took a few pictures of that property, Patrick actually stated in a legal filing that such surveillance was illegal and that I should be charged for "hiring" someone to do that. Patrick went so far as to post to an online forum called "Your Lloydminster," making the same idiotic accusations, whereupon he was set right by a couple people who actually understand the law.

Here's Patrick being corrected, then snottily disagreeing with a more knowledgeable correspondent:

And here's Patrick ... well, you get the idea:

The point here is that while Patrick loves to suggest that amateur surveillance is breaking the law, he has already been corrected twice in public that there is nothing criminal about it, so if he tries to make this argument in yet another legal filing, it will very likely end very badly for him.

P.S. I know for a fact that, despite what Patrick says, the license plate had not been removed from the vehicle in question, it was simply posted in the back window of the cab. I know this as I have a photo of that vehicle and the license plate is clearly visible, so Patrick can't even get that right. Pretend to look surprised.

P.P.S. If you truly want to appreciate Patrick's dishonesty, here's something he posted online, suggesting that the person accused of taking pictures of Casa Ross was "planning burglaries, thefts, or other crimes in the area" when Patrick knows full well that none of that was true, but he wanted to foment fear in his neighbourhood in order to get others to help him trace this individual.

This is the level of dishonesty we're dealing with.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Things apparently happening at Casa Ross.

One of my Lloydminster-based confidential informants sends me this recent photo, showing a heretofore-unfamiliar vehicle in the driveway of Casa Ross. There are other indications of activity at that residence (reportedly new blinds and other stuff), so it seems that someone new has taken possession.

There is still a large storage trailer on the property so it's unlikely that the house was sold, and recall that the late Ken Ross supposedly had a collection of classic cars, so this suggests that perhaps it's one of the siblings that has moved in, and that is one of those vehicles from Big Daddy Ken's collection.

In any event, this is all just to remind Patrick that I have not forgotten about him, and I have spies everywhere who are keeping tabs on him.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Boy lawyer.

Someday, I may post the collection of Patrick Ross-related rulings that have been issued over the years, but for now, I will provide just this one paragraph from the ruling of J. McMurtry (QBG 430 of 2021), in the matter of my registering my 2010 defamation judgment against Patrick in Saskatchewan back in 2021 when Patrick -- representing himself -- attempted to formulate some legal arguments:

That would be Justice McMurtry, pretty much dismissing Patrick's gibberish as, well, total rubbish.

It's still one of my favourite paragraphs.

P.S. It's worth reminding everyone of this part of Patrick's meritless defamation lawsuit against me -- how much he thinks he is entitled to:

That's right ... Patrick wants the court to award him four million dollars.

Four.

Million.

Dollars.

Yeah, that's gonna happen.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Time to tighten the screws.

I've been pondering my next moves with respect to undischarged bankrupt and homeless financial fugitive Patrick "Respect mah greaseburger!" Ross, and while I'm going to keep my potential plans to myself for the moment, I will invite one and all to assist me in keeping much closer tabs on Patrick starting now.

As a start, I will want to know where he is working, and the current thinking is that he is contracting through a company called Avenge Energy in Clairmont, AB (just outside of Grande Prairie), so it would be useful to know whether that's still true.

Further, it would be just ducky to know where Patrick is living while working in Alberta, or whether he's just using hotels wherever he's assigned.

Most importantly, it would be monumentally helpful for me to know whether Patrick ever gets back to Lloydminster, particularly to his late parents' place, which he continues to claim is his address for proper and legal service, even though all of the evidence suggests he is rarely if ever there. So anyone in the vicinity of the Lloyd is totally invited to do drive-bys of Casa Ross and report back whatever they see there; particularly any evidence of the house going on the market, people moving in and out, that sort of thing. (I will not post the address here; if you need it because you want to help, email me.)

So there's your homework assignment -- keep me up-to-date on anything Twatrick-related, and I will be more forthcoming when the time is right.

Chronicles of Twatrick: Still bad-faithing after all these years.

A recent commenter opined that there seems to be little difference between the once 20-something Patrick "Bankrupt Tory" Ross, and the current 40-something Patrick Ross, and based on what an anonymous source pointed me at, I can assure you that Patrick's rhetorical dishonesty has not changed one iota in all the time I've had the misfortune to know him.

Paraphrasing slightly for simplicity, someone on social media suggested they would love to have met an alleged child abuser, for the sole purpose of teaching said child abuser a lesson. Patrick -- as is his pattern -- chose to deliberately misrepresent this as saying that that person insisted he would love to meet said child abuser (stripping the story of all of its critically important context).

This is how Patrick operates -- we call this "arguing in bad faith", where Patrick will take some event, then very carefully describe it in a misleading way that portrays it in an entirely inaccurate light. He's done this as long as I've known him, so it's unsurprising that he's still doing it. In fact, he's done this sort of thing in his legal filings, and that did not end well when my lawyer explained Patrick's deliberate misrepresentation to the Court.

In any event, it's clear Patrick has learned nothing from destroying his life via bankruptcy and a massive judgment against him. I can't say I'm surprised.

P.S. I once wrote about Patrick's obsession with bad faith arguing ... you can read that here

Chronicles of Twatrick: Happy (actual) 44th birthday.

Yes, I realize it's hard to wrap your head around the fact that petulant child and undischarged bankrupt Patrick "Bankrupt Tory" Ross is actually 44 years old today but, there it is. I'm not sure it's worth recapping Patrick's history of being pounded by court rulings or his now 12 and a half years in bankruptcy or the $125,000 he owes me -- all of that has been done before.

So I will leave you with this bit of history wherein, way back in 2007, Patrick was clearly having a delightful time defaming me online, and challenged me to do something about it.

And we all know how that worked out, don't we?
